The best coffee and a great place to meet friends. Very polite and friendly service. Christina was awesome today as she asked several times if we would like a coffee refill. Wonderful cheery person. What a delight!!

Newer shop, plenty big
The 2 younger girls working were sitting behind the counter, hiding out of site and giggling trying to get away with not working. I had to repeat my order several times as she was distracted. The coffee was good in the end at least.
I love my coffee and I always have to stop at Caribou when I do my grocery shopping.
The barista was having a bad night and showed it. She had her airpod in and wasn't paying full attention to her surroundings.

When I have an opening morning shift, I regularly come here because it is open the earliest out of the rest of the coffee places in River Falls. I have never had a bad drink here. Also, I stopped by this evening and ordered an Iced Pumpkin Crafted Press and the barista put little toffee pieces at the bottom of the cup. This little surprise made my night and the drink was really good.
Trued a hot pumpkin chai latte. It was horribly sweet and barely Luke warm. Barista needs training.

After shopping at Neilsons you might as well try and make your day better and to be completely honest Caribou Coffee will do a fantastic job of doing just that! Friendly, quick and quality mochas!
This morning my daughter went to get us coffee and when she gets home she tells me the Barista that served her was crabby and rude then threw her straw at her. She's an older lady and apparently always there. This is unacceptable behavior my daughter did nothing but order coffee politely.

I usually get an iced coffee but recently I've noticed it tasted very off. I've heard from my friends and coworkers that they've also been noticing an odd taste to iced drinks. Hot drinks taste fine its just the iced drinks that taste bad.
I'm not a coffee drinker, but even so Caribou Coffee has yummy non coffee options. I recommend their chai tea latte or their macha vanilla tea latte these options are good both hot or cold. Enjoy!

I made a mistake and ordered a spicy pineapple smoothie (didn't read the sign) it was so spicy I couldn't drink it and it was replaced even though it was my mistake. Thank you.
