Lovely setting/cozy feel. Pastry is henerally exceptional. Friendly svc, a bit slow. Sadly, and oddly enough (for a coffee venue) coffee is just ok, if not having a latte or espresso beverage, which a good. No decent options for simply having a fresh cup of coffee. Paper cups when we went, no mugs yet (sad) if you want to sit in the lovely setting and relax, who want's a paper cup?

Outstanding bakery! It makes eating bakery from any other place seem pointless...

Our food was served burned - beyond a crisp. What has happened to this once fantastic bakery?

I ordered a cappuccino and a bagel. I was asked if I wanted a side a fruit with it and replied no, just a bagel. I was then given a buzzer to wait. I assumed a couple minutes at most. My cappuccino was set on one counter with no buzzer going off. I asked if it was mine and one person didn’t know and another said yes. It probably would have just sat there had I not asked because my buzzer didn’t go off. If that wasn’t unprofessional enough, my bagel took more than 20 minutes, and when it finally was brought out my buzzer didn’t go off for that either, so I went up and asked if it was my bagel. Oh, and I was charged the same without the fruit, but not told that. I will not be back. Sue

Nice variety of baked goods. But the coffee isn't that good and sandwiches are overpriced.

OMG!! Amazing place in this quaint small port town to grab some of the best baked goods ever!! My favorite for two mornings straight was the Morning Bun! I got lucky and landed one right out of the oven on my last day. The almond croissant with a sugary almond filling was soooo good as well. The sausage roll stuffed in a puff pastry(no pic of this unfortunately) was on point. The service is top notch, the breakfast bap sandwich with two eggs, bacon, cheddar on their famous Scotch mist roll was hot fresh and had some many flavors. I visit bakeries every time I travel to new towns and this one is on the top of my list. Wish Columbia South Carolina had a comparable one!

Best fresh donuts 🍩 ever! Great coffee and avocado toast. We sat outside and our buzzer didn't go off the staff was nice enough to come find us outside with our order.

The coffee was hot, the bagels were perfectly made and the croissants were super soft and flakey We loved the bagels and pastries from Daily Baking. We were visiting Port for the weekend and liked the baked goods so much, we visited every morning we were in town.

Poor customer service. I have tried several times to like this place. Every time I leave disappointed. They have served me the wrong food, neglected to offer to slice my bread, failed to serve my food on a plate, ignored me and younger members of my family. The food is fine. The coffee is silly expensive. Go to Java Dock. It's much nicer!
