Changed the cold brew and now it tastes awful and the employees with not exchange the drink! Terrible customer service…
Love caribou coffee! The best coffee around by far!
I'm only giving it a one because I was never at caribou coffee...tried it once many years ago and was a waste of money coffee to expensive and nasty burnt tasting.
This is located inside a grocery store, so it's a small area.

Almost every single time my girlfriend and I come here they mess up our order the latest being her ordering a vanilla latte and them literally serving her a cup of milk I don't know what this places deal is but after today they permanently lost my buisness we've never had these problems at other caribou locations ether

Cute little place
the only reason it gets 2 stars is because the worker who gave me my drink said “have a good day” and that was the only friendly interaction that occurred. girl takin my order was literally silent the whole time and it felt super awkward. coffee was fine tho
