Same space, older and more worn. Good place for kids.

When we called to make the reservation, I told them we for sure wanted a room with a room with a king size bed. The only room with a king size bed that was available was with a whirlpool, so we booked that. I realize that check-in is at 4 PM. We arrived at 11 AM just to check if the room would possibly be available yet and let them know that we were in town and wouldn’t be back until later that evening so they would not give our room away. When we arrived at 9:00 PM, we were told the only room available for us was a queen size bed with a whirlpool. I told him that we had booked a king! He gave me no explanation as to why we didn’t have the king, he was very rude! The bed was hardly a queen (VERY SMALL)and VERY soft. The bathroom door handle fell off in my hand. The carpet was coming apart in areas. NOT very impressed!

We stay here every Mother’s Day weekend two rooms. One of the rooms had dog hair all over the sheets(thinking they were not charged, took a video). And knowing the pool restaurant is closed and bar was not open bought a cooler with sodas and water was told I could not bring into pool area, by a very rude arrogant female. It was also our daughters 9th birthday grandparents, aunts and uncles were all there.

A great example place to stay. The only disappointment is the hours of the bar. It’s perfect except the hours.

I was very impressed with how clean the room was. Since that thing called covid happened rooms at a lot of facilities have sufferd. This place seems to have it figured out. Really enjoyed my stay.

We got a 3 Queen Loft suite, which was very nice. It was a great setup for my 3 year old and my mother, who has Alzheimer's. The front desk staff was friendly, as was the housekeeping staff. The pool area was nice and small, but still fun. The kiddie pool was a little dirty, especially on Sunday morning. The kiddie slide had something that was either mud or poo on the steps, and a bunch of stuff on the bottom of the pool. There were also a bunch of kids on Saturday night in the outside area of the hot tub playing music through a Bluetooth speaker really loud, so we stayed inside. The breakfast was standard continental, nothing special. It was a good night, though.

Comfortable rooms. It's a pleasant place to stay when in Minoqua. The on site Starbucks is an added plus.

We went for a few days for my birthday. Took along our 3 year old and her caregiver. They enjoyed the kiddy water park. Our 3 yr old was terrified of the volume of the games in the arcade, with no way to turn them down. We had a room with 2 beds and a pullout sofa. We didn't get much sleep due to the noise of the heater/ AC unit. The bed was sagging in the middle which caused my static nerve to hurt like heck in the morning. The next night I slept on the pullout with my daughter. But was still unable to get much sleep due to the noisy heater coming on about every 3 minutes. It's cold out so we couldn't turn it off. We went to the lobby at 3m and talked to the lady on duty about our problem. She was a very nice woman. She took extra time to talk with us while she did her work. The over all appearance and cleanliness was beautiful. No worries with sanitizing because Kelly ( I believe her name is) was busy cleaning and spraying everything. Something I have never seen in other hotels. Overall we enjoyed our get away. But wish we could have slept better. Coffee was very good. Pub food was fare for the price and no avocado for the chicken sandwich. Which we weren't told about till she brought it out. And no discount on the bill. Since that's the reason I ordered the chicken.

We were there for a birthday party and the pool facilities were very over rated. A lot of people in the are hype this place up and it was no where near as good as they said it was.

I took the grandchildren for a 2 night stay on their Easter break. I wish there was an egg hunt or something. Rooms were nice. But all 4 kids got a bad rash from the water park. My eyes were burning so bad. I went to the bathroom located outside the park doors in the hallway. My eyes felt better out there. But the second I went back through the pool doors. My eyes were on fire. 6 year old ended up with a fever the next day.a locker room b with showers probably would have been a good idea. Chlorine burn ?,, Front desk person was very pleasant. Thank you Will for making me feel welcome! And very knowledgeable! You should get a raise or bonus!!

I understand staffing issues so slide couldn't be open but then prices should be adjusted and the bar was closed on Easter Sunday. I get it is a holiday but having a big facility like that the place should be open. Snack bar inside pool area was closed the whole time we were there. Friday night we waited for front desk person to get a snack & another worker said she would be right with us and we waited over 5 mins as person was outside smoking. The arcade was the worst I have ever seen. Quite a few games not working, some games took credits but didn't allow to play, air hockey had no air coming out of it, and 4 stuffed animal machines were completely empty!!! Room was nice & clean for the most part. Some cob webs by the curtains to patio door.

We stayed two days at the waters. The water park area looked a lot bigger in the pictures than in reality but it was fun none the less. There is a small regular pool, kid area with a slide and a hot tub. The hot tub is inside and wraps to the outside. Sitting outside in the hot tub when it was snowing was amazing. It was a fun time and it was not outrageously priced. There is also a bar upstairs that allows you to bring drinks down to the pool. $6 a beer tho. Many people brought there own. There is a lot of noise in the hotel which was expected, however they were doing renovations in the room above us at 8am. Woke up both days to loud nailing and sawing noises. Weird it was going on during spring break.

Give my visit a 1 star. Had to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Walking into our room could see visible stains on the carpet that were soaking wet. Found numerous items food and trash under the beds and sofa sleeper. Along with hair and stains on blankets and towels Service, I don't blame anyone directly but being a tourist spot should have more hands on deck to accommodate. Arcade, some were off completely others were on but broken taking your credits and not able to play. Pool, complete let down. Was very excited from the pictures I was shown. Come to see, unsupervised children of all ages. Bullies in the 1ft swim area for small children, and enough alcohol to open a bar. Not safe. Pub was not properly staffed. People playing on phones that hadn't been helped. All hours of the night running and screaming in the halls, with more unsupervised children and disrespectful humans. Breakfast was very limited Highly do not recommend this place to anyone, nor welcome my pets.
