Great caring staff with excellent food and drinks! I would highly recommend it. I truly enjoyed it.
Awesome place to grab a delicious bite to eat. The front porch/patio/deck was a great place to enjoy my morning coffee and breakfast. Friendly staff and locals.
This place. Let me tell you…NOTHING LESS THAN AMAZING! The owners - the staff - even the customers that come in are wonderful. I had the gluten free French toast, hands down the best gf French toast I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to bring my family and friends back with me to visit. 10 outta 10 - would recommend!! Love love love!! Thank you, Cafe 43 for the amazing experience and the welcoming atmosphere! I’ll be back soon!
Love their bread! They also have a nice selection of gormet wines, whiskeys, jellies, and other goodies. I really like the feel of the store.
The soup, main meal, and bakery items were homemade, delicious, and made extra enjoyable by the cozy, relaxed setting in a beautiful old building and the friendly, engaging staff. We'll be back!
Had a really nice lunch, a kale salad with tons of delicious grains that tasted great and a delicious pulled pork sandwich. The bread the sandwich was on looked home made and was just right and the fries were perfectly prepared. Both servers were very friendly and professional. The space has a super inviting cozy vibe
We enjoyed a couple of delicious drinks while seated near the fireplace. Wonderful service, atmosphere, and total experience. We will definitely be back!
A fantastic stop for coffee and/or lunch! There is a great menu and nice atmosphere in a historic building. Check out the market while you're there.
This place is a shining star in this beautiful city. I love the plethora of local and global ingredients I can get from here and the atmosphere is peak hometown vibes.
Wow and I mean wow...the boys in I were having a mom and sons date day and were recommended by a local to come here for breakfast...chess, fire, coffee !!
This was our first time visiting, definitely won't be our last! What a cozy atmosphere for a casual lunch. Great selection of drinks, including coffees and teas. The food was very good and can't wait to go back to try something else off the menu. I recommend that you stop by if you are in Mineral Point. I also recommend that you make a special trip to have a bite to eat or just to enjoy the atmosphere and have a drink or two!
This spot was recommended to me. I was only able to grab and go so enjoyed a latte and chocolate croissant. They didn’t have a miel on their menu and were still able to make it for me. Their food menu looks amazing and while I was waiting, I was able to get a glimpse of some dishes others ordered. The staff were friendly too. I will definitely try this spot when I have more time. The food looked delicious and they use Colectivo coffee. If you’re in the area. Check this spot out.
Needed to take a "day" and how relaxing it was. I got a newspaper, had a seat at the bar after ordering breakfast and bottomless coffee and listened to classic jazz. My meal was sooo worth the drive, and this will be my new destination for "happy". Thank you!
They had chicken enchiladas on special, which were amazing. The rest of the party I was with also enjoyed their food. Cute place. Recommend the stop.
5 star experience all around! This was my first visit and I loved it! Such a friendly staff!
Enjoyable atmosphere.
Great place
I've been to Café 43 twice while driving through Mineral Point and both times have been a treat. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, the drinks delicious, the food super tasty – even the simple side of fruit was scrumptious in mid-December! I appreciate the old movies on bar TV, the thoughtful service – it's a place I hope to return to year after year.
A Saturday morning at 9:30. After a restful night at the Don Q we came here for breakfast. Order at the bar and they bring it to your table. The food is delicious and the presentation is over the top. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are friendly. Enjoy...
