Stopped in to visit with a friend. Got coffee and a smoothie on the way out. Friendly staff, good service, nice store and seating layout, clean bathrooms and awesome coffee. My son said the smoothie was REALLY good. The shop was hopping, lots of people in and out, some relaxing awhile and others in and out quickly. We didn't try the food today, the menu selection looked good, the food on display looked fresh. They had an assortment of items to buy with their name and logo on. Wheelchair friendly inside. Street parking, there's also a lot across the street (kitty corner) that had meters but I didn't make it over there to see prices or if there's restrictions. Highly recommend stopping by, just down the street from shops and Downer movie theater, great area to walk around.
Black Americano, was somehow sweet and had hints of tea. It was slightly off-putting. Maybe that's just their beans or their blend. If you get all kinds of cream, sugar, or syrups I could see the flavor blending in, or being constructive. It might just be my taste that's off. The atmosphere was hopping and lively. Many people in conversation, laptops everywhere. This place was alive.

Stone Creek Downer has food that far exceeds “coffee shops” it’s inventive and fun food. Best place for Saturday breakfast.
I love the food and customer service here! It can be very busy and kinda crowded at times but the service is unchanged. The quality of food including the presentation is never compromised. Their seasonal drinks and breakfast menu is one of the best I have seen for a coffee "shop". Would definitely go again. Pet friendly and accessible for all.

Stopped at Stone Creek Coffee for the first time last week coming through the Milwaukee area. What a special gem. The coffee was full flavored and smooth. My husband, who doesn’t drink coffee, had hot chocolate. Unlike chain places who make it from a machine, the barista steamed milk and made it from scratch. He was impressed! We both agreed this is a do not miss in Milwaukee!
Some of the worst coffee I have ever had. I’m not sure if it’s just an off day but I ended up having both the light blend and the dark blend and both equally sucked. However, I received very good service and the food looked good!

The coffee cup sleeve was artistic and colorful! I was happy to see this versus the solid colored ones you see everywhere else.
The food was really good. Kind of a boujie place to go. Very expensive but worth it. The wait was kind of long for the food.
One of my favorite coffee spots in Milwaukee. the outdoor and indoor vibes are both immaculate. Coffee is always great as well.
they always have the yummiest coffee and the kindest baristas!! their menu always offers great seasonal drinks and meals (which are delicious, thank you kitchen staff)! i love stonecreek on downer!
DELICIOUS lavender latte! If never heard of such a thing, but now I think it might be my favorite coffee ever. Awesome! Service is great, too. Love it!
Completely packed on a Wednesday around 12:30pm. I love these new bowls. Keto friendly. I ordered the crab cake bowl. A surprising item for a coffee shop.
Went to 3 coffee shops while visiting Milwaukee and Stone Creek was my favorite. I got a Peppermint White Mocha and it was amazing. I will be visiting any time I'm in Milwaukee.
First and foremost, their toast is delicious. Like just the best toast. I also got a waffle with bacon and it wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t get it again (also the bacon was more like chunks of ham). What was kind of of concern was when I poured some water in the glasses labeled clean but when I drank out of it my glass smelled weird and my friend’s glass had a lip mark on it. We just switched over to the plastic cups so it was fine, i’d just rather use the environmental option.
This is one of my favorite places! The drinks and food are always great. The service is always amazing!!
I’m so glad we decided to stop here for breakfast on Saturday morning! It was busy, but I can see why! The atmosphere is incredible and the staff was very kind and helpful! We got a few egg sandwiches and coffee and I can’t tell you how perfect it all was. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know in Milwaukee!!
My favorite coffee spot in MKE. Need to stop here. The brew city cream ice cream drink is sooo good. You also can’t go wrong with the plates and scones here. Right down the road from Lake Park - a great spot for a walk.
