Rude staff, rising prices, and coffee that has been declining in quality for years. It seems like the fast growth has finally started to catch up with them and they are dropping quality to meet demand.
Will never go to for lunch again, a coffee shouldn’t take over 15min to make.. now I’m out 10 dollars because after 20 min I had to head back to work, I’d be a lot more understanding if I was told the specific drink I ordered took longer or if I hadn’t seen multiple customers receive their coffee before I did even tho they ordered after, mad disappointed

Cool place but the coffee is a bit overpriced. Staff was very friendly.
The cashier was excellent. The baristas lacked a sense of urgency; no smiles, no hello.

I don’t think I can say a bad thing about colectivo. The coffee was delicious and the vibe was tremendous. The baristas were quite cool and helpful.
Great place to go and grab a breakfast bite or coffee drink. Friendly and always fun watching them work with the coffee beans/grounds. Local and always has wonderful tasting coffee. Fair Trade as well.
Great drinks and food, very nice staff. Not enough seating for how many people go there, but that’s the only downside. Great place for takeout or delivery though.
Ordered a small iced white chocolate mocha and a medium of the same flavor as the small. They gave me 2 small drinks. That was fine. The taste of the coffee was very bitter and I didn't taste any white chocolate mocha sauce. Service is good and the baked goods are delicious. I wouldn't purchase any more coffee from here though.
I love this place but today they have new people and they don't know the job if a customer tells you to ad Raw sugar and steam half and half then that's what you were told to do 🙄🙄🙄🙄don't tell me what you have out on the counter and what I can add myself. 🥺🥺There's no steam half and half on the counter🤨so you need to tell your employees the new cashiers please put the order in like the customer asks them to today was a bad experience on Humboldt. I've been getting my drink the same way for the last 10 years at this location until today 🤨when your worker tells me what I can do myself 🤬🤬which was time consuming cuz they could have done it in the back when they added the steam half and half like they always do.💯💯💯 And then the same cashier grabbed my cup gave me my cup and told me you can add the raw sugar on the counter 🤨🤨no that's not how it's supposed to be I've never ever added the raw sugar on the counter they always do it in the steam half and half. I come here everyday I wonder what would have happened if I had done curbside pickup🙄🙄 I've never had a problem
Waaaay too noisy inside. Patio was nice. Food was outstanding. Try the Baja Bowl.
I love Colectivo! This was my first time visiting their Riverwest location (I usually pick up from the Third Ward) and I will absolutely be coming back! Really cool store with the production facility in the back half and clearly able to be seen. Friendly staff and our food came out quickly! There were also some guys playing chess. Clearly this place is popular! :)
Visiting from out of town, I wanted to order online in advance but after reading poor reviews of their ordering app, I decided to just go in to order. Didn't have to wait long and drinks and baked goods were tasty. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability (like using Greenware for their plastic cups). Especially with numerous locations, it seems like they need to update/work on the ordering app or nix it altogether.
