Great place to meet with friends and get caught up in life.
Nice place to grab coffee and work. The upstairs tables can fill up fast but there’s usually a chair around the main floor windows.
Another Collectivo location that we feel is another “our Collectivo” staple. It feels like we are at this location just as much as a few others, and what’s not to love about this spot. Great outdoor season when the weather is right, as well as a patio/sunroom area to enjoy. Once inside, you’d think the seating is very limited and that’s it, however, there is a decent sized seating upstairs that they also have for offices/business needs! And if it’s not icing on the cake, there are a few spots to view the employees in the back of this location making the delicious breads and baked goods for the many venues in the area. Our daughter loves to watch them work hard on these great smelling eats, and so do we!
Wow, the inside of this place is SO cool! Definitely a great place to have a coffee and a breakfast sandwich and relax or work!
The coffee is good. Randomly accusing me of trying to damage your espresso machine is less than good. I did not touch your counter, I only thanked you for making me the coffee. Perhaps it was my beard or the leather jacket or my complexion that made me look suspicious. Whatever the case, I don't like being treated like a criminal.
This place is fantastic! I have always appreciated this place. However, today they are exceptional 👌👏🙌! I had my motorcycle towed by the city during a snow storm and had to drive it home. I didn't make it home and I am lucky to be alive. Luckily I slid into a local business that understands the trouble I am in and has allowed me to keep my bike on thier property until I can safely make it home. Thank you to the management here! Without this little bit of help I would be spending hundreds of dollars I don't have just to get a bike home I no longer ride because I have children. I am also a local store owner here in Bay View and will be hollering praise for years to come. Thank you Collectivo. I knew I like you from the day I seen your sponsored solar demolishion derby at the Energy Fair in Steven's Point. I knew then your company ACTUALLY had its finger on the pulse. Much Respect.
Stopped in today for the baked oatmeal, cheese & egg biscuit and coffee which we would always look forward to. Haven't been here for about 8 months. Wow! Things have certainly changed and definitely not for the better. No cheese & egg biscuits and baked oatmeal leaves much to be desired. Biscuits aren't even made there anymore. Baked oatmeal now comes in a cardboard container and is one square of oatmeal dropped into the container with a plastic soup spoon that isn't strong enough to mix the oatmeal with. Our food took so long to prepare and the whole atmosphere in the coffee house is not anything that it used to be. So disappointing! What happened to this place?! Sadly, I guess we won't go back anytime soon.
I love Colectivo at any location, but this one is particularly great because of the outdoor swing-like seating. It’s such a nice touch in the warmer months. The drinks and food are great, as usual, and the atmosphere is crowded but calm. Lots of different areas to sit with varying levels of quiet. And seriously, if you can grab a seat outside, do it.
A very cozy coffee shop where you can order online and pick up your order which makes it very convenient to order and pick up when you need to go to the airport or my case to Amtrak station. I order from this place because my local friend recommend it and told us that was the best coffee shop around also because he want to get some points. They have a very good menu selection and also make a hot brew which confused me because I only had a cold brew. For my beverage, I order the Cold Brew Oat-Chata session cold brew coffee, oat milk, cinnamon, and vanilla syrup poured over ice. I went with the cold to be safe and was not disappointed with it, I also added some Whipped Cream so to give that extra touch. The coffee was very refreshing and had a great taste, will recommend it. For my pastry, I ate the Smoked Prosciutto and Swiss Croissant an indulgent, flaky pastry with savory smoked prosciutto, swiss cheese, and ham. The croissant was very good and was full of the ham and cheese from the first bite.
This is a good collectivo I always go there but last time my drink wasn't mixed very well other than that it's a good place I'd recommend it.

Good coffee but being attached to a bakery you’d think the Pastries would be fresh. Chocolate croissant was bland and cold hard chocolate inside. Skip the pastries
Very friendly but they give your order in pieces. You'll get your food, then you get your drink while your partner is still waiting for their food.
We always stop at Colectivo on our way through Milwaukee. The coffee is rich and flavorful. The breakfast burritos and bakery are housemade and taste amazing. Drive past the national chains to enjoy a great cup of coffee.
The place is cozy and has great hot drinks coffees/teas also have cold coffee drinks too The pastries are nice and fresh tasting.
Food poisoning from the chicken sandwich, water was empty, bathroom with no paper towel, the tables were dirty, the employees?? What happened to this place? Ever since this union it's gone downhill and now I'm suffering from food poisoning probably from the chicken. Do unions ruin basic customer service and quality?
I really like how this place feels. you can see them making bread in the back and there's lots of space to just exist. the coffee is good
I love Colectivo. Every time I visit Milwaukee my daughter takes me here. Best coffee and yummy food.
I love this Bay View location and their 2 level shop! The atmosphere is great and coffees are always perfect! Had my first Peppermint Latte of the season. Yum! Shared some chicken melt sandwich with my daughter which was totally delish! In warmer weather their is some outdoor seating... just a cute place overall!
I have been a loyal patron to the Bay View Colectivo for years, but as of late, the service and experience has been extremely disappointing. From burritos being served cold (and slightly frozen on the inside), missing key components of an order, the level of uncleanliness all around the cafe, and rude staff that don't take pride in their work or in serving customers, I'd rather take my money elsewhere.
