What kind of staff is this? It’s a very hot day out, I’m visibly pregnant and was feeling dehydrated. I got in line and they were taking a very long time with an order. When it was my turn the young lady said she could not take mine because they close at 3pm. I looked at my phone and it was 3:01. I pointed out politely that I got in line before 3 and that I just wanted anything to drink. Not only she ignored me but the guy in front of me had ordered a smoothie that was sitting there and she gave me a look and grabbed it really fast as if trying to get it out of my reach, like she thought I might take it because I said I was thirsty. They two young ladies proceeded to close the place and chat like I wasn’t there.
Ok so I have to take my time with this review this location was absolutely stunning today on 03/28/2022 from when I walked inside to when I actually started enjoying my food I ordered an Berry Smoothie with a breakfast bowl which was so full and flavor and potatoes was fresh and hot I literally still saw the steam coming from my bowl also my cinnamon roll was great and does require warming up at home which is okay with me it was still enjoyable overall if your looking for great food and fast service this is the spot especially for breakfast and blended smoothies THANK YOU COLECTIVO I enjoyed my visit and will always return my first time was absolutely the FINEST

Quality is luck of the draw. Pretty slow unless there is absolutely zero line. I was a barista for 6 years so I get it, I really do... But you guys are so inefficient.

Good coffee, breakfast options and sweets.
Eh....was not very busy or clean. Waited about 5 minutes for a coffee. Was strange. All I can guess is it was an off day or I may have come after a huge rush of customers left. Had to ask if my coffee was almost ready...and THEN they made it. Felt very under appreciated

Great atmosphere, coffee is very good and bakery is top notch. When they have a featured farm coffee for the weekly special definitely go for that.

I really like Colectivo, and I stop here practically every morning. The coffee is always fresh, and they have a few awesome wraps/sandwiches. They also sell beer, which is very Wisconsin.

Very good espresso although most people were ordering the drip coffee. I had an americano that was piping hot and delicious.
