Convenient store has most of your basic needs.
Place looks like one of the old Holiday stations we remember from back in the day. Selection and prices are about what you'd expect from a small C-store. Friendly staff.
Good service, decent prices
I almost never have an issue here. I wish I could pay at the pump more but I love the coffee and the food is often good, (I don't like biscuits lol)
Terrible when employees make stuff up and tells things to customers that are lies
For a place that brags about their fresh brewed coffee thats always available, they almost NEVER have any when i stop in on my way to work at 9pm. For a gas station that closes at 11pm you would think at least one coffee pot could be kept on for those of us that work late. Lazy, rude, and useless staff that work closing. The daytime staff are wonderful!
I've been here many times and never experienced such horrible customer service as today. The worst customer service experience ever! Merrill Holiday gas station on 64 just west of town. I paid at the pump but it had an error and couldn't print the receipt. So I went in to get a receipt. When I asked the guy behind the counter for a receipt, he just shrugged and said "I don't know how to do that" and was actually rude about it. I told him it's possible to print a receipt when people pay outside and he again said "well I don't know how." I asked if someone else would know and he pointed to a girl who was having a personal conversation flirting with two guys and said "she might but she's taking to people.". I told him that it sounded like a personal conversation and since I was a customer he should probably ask her to help. He repeated that he didn't know how to do it, then shrugged and told the girl "she wants a receipt but she paid for gas outside." The girl stopped her conversation and came over and helped him. The rudeness from the male was unbelievable.
The only gas station in the 6th ward of Merrill. Conveniently located!
