I used to have a Gloria Jean's at our local mall when I lived in Waukesha WI. I used to plug my nose as I walked by the storefront thinking i could keep the smell longer. There are stores in Minnesota where I now live but one time while traveling, I have my first cup of coffee there and it was just as good as it had smelled when I was a kid. Best coffee. If they ever come to MN, my bank account will be in trouble.

Was an avid fan of Gloria Jeans up until recently when my friend & I were greeted with poor customer service by a girl who had long brown hair and a pony tail. As a fellow retail service employee—not impressed. Were met with rolling eyes and a poor attitude instead. Not my first rodeo with her behavior before. I definitely think it’s time for someone to get a new job. One star for always having good chillers—gotta at least give credit the one place where it’s deserved.

In a world when Starbucks is on every corner, we lose sight of what a real coffee shop is all about. The welcoming attitude and bright smiles made my time here amazing. The flavors blew my expectations. The Carmal, hazelnut, macadamia nut chiller hits the soul with fall. Yummm
so we walk into gloria jeans only to be met by a heavier set female employee slamming refrigerator doors immediately got bad vibes from her and then she took my friends order and was rolling her eyes at us because apparently she was taking to long to grab her cash or something idk shes just miserable i guess then we waited for the drinks, she then rolled her eyes at another customer, when i confronted her all she did was roll her eyes again. fire her to be honest she needs to find a new job if she cant stand to work with customers maybe she shouldn’t work in customer service. disgusting honestly
I think this is the best coffee shop in la Crosse. I mostly get coffee with cream and sugar or black coffee there and it's excellent. Every day they offer a different blend of beans for their coffee as this as a special. The mocha chillers are all so pretty good if you like sweet and cold coffee flavored beverages. Generally I don't like the style of coffee beverage however I do enjoy their mocha chillers because they're really good

Can't believe my good luck. Found Harney & Sons Tea at Gloria Jean's. Mainly a coffee drinker but love tea with black currants. It 's so smooth, sweetness without sugar. 😌

I love their coffee and this location has such a cute and fun atmosphere. It's also a great place to find a gift for a coffee lover as well.
