Sort of frozen in time. DVDs and CDs lots nostalgia, all seems just thrown in a time warp. Clean store and actually looks like they do business

Took a long time to get help then over paid for a grease covered cold turkey melt in a bag. :( Unfortunate because I really love the atmosphere in the store but will likely not eat there again.

Gave it 4 stars, they always have the books I'm looking for but some of the things they have are a little high priced.
This is the library without the be quite, seems any kind of book you're looking for can be found there. The staff was super friendly and very helpful . They go out of their way to be helpful. I enjoy shopping there, and always find something interesting to read. More kinds of books than you can imagine. If you want something to read, this is the place to go!
Bought two cook books. Pretty reasonable price and looks like easy recipes. One of my favorite book stores.
Loved visiting B&N today, in Onalaska, WI. I've only visited a few times since COVID set in, but today I went in ready to spend some time and drop some cash. I picked up some Agatha Christie novels, and also a magic trick set for our granddaughter. It felt very normal. B&N seems to have weathered the COVID storm well - the reading public must be very bold in the support of literature.
Love the variety of books. They also have a section of discounted books that are just as valuable as the full price!! Grateful that we still have this store in Lacrosse 👍❤️
The staff here is always quick to help and willing to go the extra mile. While looking for a specific book, the attendant recommended one that was very similar, and it did not disappoint. I love getting new book recommendations, and it rarely comes from an associate while looking for a title. It was a kind gesture and an excellent recommendation.
Husband was able to order his favorite movie, On Golden Pond
If you can't find what you're looking for at Barnes and Noble something is wrong with ya.
It seems like B&N is restructuring a bit. I enjoyed going. The set up is better and even noticed some local artist stuff being promoted.
