They make absolutely amazing coffee drinks. My latte was perfectly steamed and the shaken espresso drinks are heaven in a cup.
We apparentlyarrived before church rush. My order was ready immediately. May have been another order. Person did not claim if it was. I had the Sausage Breakfas Burrito ( lacked flavor) and Hot Chai Latte. My husband ordered a medium, dark coffee and Quban Quesadila. He waited 20 minutes to get his order. A little longer for the coffee. It is brewed, so, not sure why he had to wait for coffee. It would have been nice to eat together. He said it was OK.
Great food and drinks but man are they slooooooow. A good place for a nice Sunday morning leisurely sipping latte but forget about running in real quick in a weekday before work. There is no real quick here lol. Staff are friendly but lots of screwups.

Ordered through EatStreet at 6:50pm. Order was confirmed by Havana. My eat street deliver person messaged me at 7:13 saying they forgot to make my order. I called and they did in fact forget. How the hell do you forget that? There prices are a little steep for the quality of food in my opinion. This order through eatstreet tho is a nightmare.
Great place to stop for a coffee, sandwich, meeting or just to work for a bit. Great service, friendly team, & clean.
Very delicious masala chai, much better than other coffee shops throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.

Everything here is very good but a little bit more expensive than other local coffeehouses in town.
Nice cute cozy place to chill at. My boyfriend got the horchatta iced latte, but it tasted like a regular latte. Ordered a breakfest burrito, and unfortunately, it took 15-20 minutes to make. It was a little bland and could have used some seasoning.

3/6 employees didn't even attempt to wear their mask correctly. Not friendly demeanors, not super helpful with questions. My first time in, and was not served what I attempted to order (from the menu, not a specialty). Should write which options are available in decaf so customers don't have to stand in line to ask. Update: I've given Havana many shots since my first review and I now stop by occasionally for one of their drinks, not the greatest coffee or service but some of the folks are super sweet and helpful. They're always busy so you need some patience. Never had their food. Upgraded my review.
Been here 3 times- each for a first date. The dates didn't work out but I love this little shop and the coffee is great. I'll keep trying till I get it right.
My husband and I always have a great experience here. We went 2 days in a row this week for the raspberry almond scone. It's Amazing!! The younger guy working the drive up window is always super nice and makes the best lattes. Thanks for always being a place we can enjoy. 5 stars for- Order accuracy. freshness. Taste. Friendliness. atmosphere.
Awesome atmosphere. Cute little spot. The coffee was great, and so was the Avocado BLT!
The food is amazing and fresh, it is on the pricier side though. I love the atmosphere, it really makes you want to stay in and eat. The coffee and tea drinks I've never cared for here, they usually don't have a lot of flavor. They do make very good smoothies though.

I love this little coffee shop. They have an app you can order ahead. They serve food, wine, coffee, Boba and treats, what more can you ask for?!
