I’ve been to this coffee shop about 10 times, and the last 4 experiences have been absolutely awful, with today being my last time. My first few experiences were when the owner started it, and before other employees were working there; the food was awesome and the Duluth coffee they serve is always good. The last few trips through however have been a different story. - first bad experience: they shut the grill down 2 hours before they closed and I couldn’t get food. -second bad experience: The next time I stood there for 3 minutes while the “younger staff” finished messing around and talking before they even acknowledge I was there. - third bad experience: The younger girl staff member had so much patchouli oil on her that once she gave me my coffee to go, the lid and cup smelled so bad with the oil it was impossible to drink and I threw it out. - last bad experience….Which brings me to today. I stopped in for a meat breakfast burrito, I ate it on my way home, barely made it home before getting brutally sick from food poisoning. To the owner…. Your staff is wrecking your business.
Excellent service. Food good!
Very lovely place, the food is great and the owner is so nice. Definitly recommended to make a stop here.
Good coffee and breakfast burrito. Friendly conversation with our hostess
My husband and I are visiting from Ohio staying at a local campground. We decided to stop in and give this place a try. We're so glad we did. Everything was freshly made and absolutely delicious. The woman behind the counter waiting on us was so friendly and informative. Since this was our first time, she made some helpful suggestions that proved to be outstanding. This place is definitely a jewel in Iron River, Wisconsin. Looking forward to our next visit.
Awesome little shop. Great coffee and great breakfast sandwich. Will stop in again.
Good coffee, good danish, good service.
Ligar incrível, atendimento e café otimos.
Extremely friendly service! They serve Duluth Coffee company coffee, which has always been a 'local' favorite of ours! The dirty chai latte was incredible! We walked in and talked with the woman behind the counter a bit and she even gave us a cutting of one of her plants! Wonderful place! Will stop by every time we are in town! Thank you again!
Closed Mon-Thu. Drove here for nothing.
One of the best chai lattes I’ve ever had!
Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re driving through. To start- the sausage bake is incredible. She may have outdone my own grandmother and that’s saying something. I’m sure the other food items are right on par too. Plenty of options for deserts, baked goods, and all different types of coffee. But most importantly, the lady who served us was so sweet- putting the cherry on top of our trip as we headed home.
We had the best time at the coffee Shop!! They have great food and the owner served us. She is just the sweetest lady! I had a polar express it was wonderful, and a breakfast betito. We had to wait alittle but she was very busy and there was five of us ordering and she was by herself. Our children played chess while we waited, and had the best time. We were ordering take out, but decided to stay and eat it there. We stayed and she didn't care, she laughed and talked to us like we were old friends. We will definitely be going there again. The food was great the coffee is great, and the owner is wonderful!!
very lovely place, super nice girls
Great coffee with lots of options and friendly service
Very nice staff! Limited hours
Support locally owned business!
Cold coffee. Advertise the "Best desserts in town" but they don't make them. Almost $4.00 for a medium coffee.
Great food, delicious latte, friendly service. We'll definitely be back!
What kind of coffee shop doesn’t have simple syrup? Service is very slow as well.
