Staff is always friendly, and it's a warm, inviting place.
I go to the grind a few times a week and I am ALWAYS happy with it. the girls there are all so kind and every time I go my drink tastes the same no matter who makes it!! I can’t say enough good things about the grind!!

First visit. Waited for 15 min for a friend. The staff said this was fine with a big smile. We had coffee which was great. Nothing fancy. Homey feeling, good people. Another thank you to them. Stop in with friends. A large drink menu. Relax in home style chairs around a circular table, enjoy coffee, tea, etc. Enjoy.

The coffee is the same as The Charmont in lacrosse, which is really good. But I dont know if the baristas are well trained enough here. It is not nearly as good and the service isnt great. I loved that when I walked in in the morning I was greeted, but the cost is very high and it doesnt smell like a great coffee shop. The wait time is too long as well. Hopefully a lot of this will improve as they get in the groove of things but for now I plan on sticking with my usual coffeeshop. There they know my name and order and are fast with service at a much more reasonable price. I hope the grind becomes the classy high quality coffee shop it is advertised as but for now, not quite worth it for me. Update: it is a little better, mocha taste okay but no latte art and the espresso didn't have a ton of flavor. Bumped it up to 4 stars as it has improved but is still not quiet worth the price.

I've really wanted to like this place but every time I'm just a bit disappointed. The iced coffee is always 90% ice, the hot coffee is a bit off, and the bakery items look like an afterthought that may have been from a day or two ago. I don't mind paying a bit more to shop local but they just don't justify the cost. I pass by every day and I really want this to be my coffee place but I find myself going 10-15 minutes out of my way to get coffee from somewhere else. The location is great, very cool look, drive-thru, and they're super fast. However, it's never busy so that probably explains why they're fast.

Use and calming atmosphere and my server (onnie) was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. I can be difficult as I don't like coffee or sweet but she took the time to figure out what I would like and most places just dismiss me. So thank you girl I appreciate you
I got an oatmilk lavender latte and I swear on my life that you could TASTE the love that was put into it.
