VOs Coffees- Horrible service the lady was very nice and accommodating but the guy was extremely rude. I got an iced drink and I just needed a sleeve because it was really cold and he offered me another plastic cup (which would still allow me to feel the cold iced drink) instead of a sleeve. He was very rude and said they aren’t allowed to give out sleeves unless it’s with a hot drink. And at this point I would have bought an iced drink and threw it out just to get a sleeve. However I’ve been visiting this store for over 10 years when they were Gloria Jeans and I have never been treated so rudely. Horrible service. Most definitely not going back. I even tipped $2.00 and still was treated horrible.
Being low staffed it was very Skeleton crewed. Only serving 1/3 of the menu
Person behind counter very helpful and polite and made a killer cookie crumble & excellent, vanilla caramel 😋
I love this place!! Amazing frappes, smoothies and bakery. My banana smoothie was delicious topped with generous whipped cream. The staff does their utmost to make the best drinks possible. One of my stops every time I go to the mall.
Took 3 sips and threw it out. Coffee was super burnt.
Came in and politely greeted the staff where the lady and man did nothing but stared. I ordered an ICED white chocolate mocha in which after my drink was not only warm but flavorless! It tasted like straight milk and I got charged 50¢ to add whipped cream without being told. Do not recommend, and don’t see myself coming back.
They never miss the place when I'm in southridge shopping I just love their voltage coffee. It's got that small company feel to it no corporate stuff here
Bandana guy is always awesome and very helpful. Drinks are always tasty.
Walked in at 6:16 pm and she yelled right away “it’s black coffee only” as she just finished serving a guy FOUR full drinks with whipped cream and all. All I wanted was one drink but nope. Go to Starbucks.
Love their coffee. They have the best iced coffee I have had. It smells so amazing when you walk into that shop.
I had the cafe horchata! It was amazing! I highly suggest this place.
I enjoyed the Chocolate Bomb Chiller, it was the best coffee I've had in a while. And the server was a genuinely nice person. I would spend money here again.
Wouldn't serve us at 3:30 and talked so quietly I still don't know why
I work in the same mall and usually most of the time get a coffee there! If I ever am craving something different they always give me new recommendations and I have never been disappointed! ❤ I love talking to the Baristas and it's only the highlight of my retail job 😍
There's always so many people in line so seriously don't expect to get your coffee right away. Super good coffee and cookies tho, great for gifts
I’ve been a long time Gloria jeans customer ever since they were at Mayfair. Today I made a trip to Southridge just for them and was disappointed to find out that now whip cream is extra charge 😐 and the cups aren’t the same. Not that that’s a matter. But The service wasn’t friendly and the whole vibe was off. The taste of the coffe was too today 😕
I walked in there and asked if they had simple syrup and Carmel drizzle and she litterally told my no as I watched the dude behind her put Carmel drizzle in the cup😐and how is it a coffee shop with no classic syrup or simple syrup

Amazing customer service and even better coffee. Chill and relaxing environment. The people are sweet and really cool. Starbucks could never.
Love going here but they are closed right now (morning time im assuming). Not sure due to what since covid hasn't been affecting places like Starbucks. Theres a hiring sign on their front window as well.
