Trash - due to poor customer service. I have a feeling I may have food poisoning now. Was not very clean. Bathroom has flys. Needs better lights.

My first time coming, wasn’t a great experience. I got an acai bowl because I’ve never had one and heard good reviews to try them here. Well I was incorrect, they gave me a liquid flavor less bowl. I spoke with an employee about my concern and she didn’t offer a refund or to remake it. She just said okay.. wasn’t happy with this experience.

Very disappointing for spending $75 for 4 people.Frappes were not very flavorful and huge ice chuncks so hars to drink. Crepes had 4 very thin slices of strawberries. Sandwich had a small piece of ham, barely any egg and bacon bits instead of real bacon and had lettuce which wasn't mentioned on the menu. Service was very slow. We will not be back.

My daughter got the waffle and fruity pebbles which was delicious and I got the cold flight and it was also delicious. The place was beautiful and well decorated. At first we had no where to sit until a group left from a table and we took the spot. This place has so much potential, just needs more seating and I think more workers. We were there for almost 2 hours and spent most of that entirety waiting for our stuff. Our drinks did not come out the same time with our food. My daughter got her waffle first and had no drink to go with it and scarfed her waffle down because she was hungry. Would have enjoyed it a lot more if there was more seating available, didn’t wait so long, and if our food and drinks would have came out together. I would like to return in the future and hope to see improvement because it is very beautiful and delicious place!

A lot of my friends were talking about this spot and as a coffee lover I was very excited to go. I will not be returning. For the price of the food and the drinks they give you barely anything. My boyfriend got the French toast which was good but had a very eggy taste. I got the strawberry cheesecake waffles and I was expecting a nice fluffy waffle but got some tiny waffles with 3 pieces of strawberry and the waffles tasted like they were microwaved. We got the flight of coffee and were extremely disappointed when we got our 4oz cups of whipped cream lol. This place has potential but if you’re going to charge people so much money, at least give us more coffee or more food that’s actually worth 10 dollars a plate and 15 dollars for the flights of coffee.

I didn't try food so I didn't give it a rating. I had a cold brew and cream and it was very satisfying. The service was a little slow. There was only one person working at the moment we went in, but she was very nice and worked as efficient as possible. I think the overall experience would've been better if there was another person behind the counter.

Staff was nice, and the decor was cute and roomy. The coffee was weak and the flavors indistinguishable. Drinks had an after taste, reminiscent of some kind of artificial sweetener. Iced drinks weren’t mixed and were warm on the bottom and cold on top.

Highly recommend!! Tried their specialty “Espitiaito (Nutella and Coffee)” frappe and it was amazing. The staff had a good attitude and smiles all around. The inside is super cute and has some cute photo spots for insta ❤️
