Arrived at 8am on a Saturday, posted opening time. Doors opened late, owner complained about an 'idiot' employee who scheduled coffee delivery for the wrong time. Asked the owner for the password to use Wi-Fi and he said he'd have to look it up. After twenty minutes it became apparent the owner had forgotten my request (he was walking around, talking to folks about tea; clearly not busy) so I asked the barrista; it was written down at the register and so simple the owner could not have been unaware of it. Pros: The coffee was fair and it is one of the only coffee shops open at 8am in the Green Bay area. Comfortable atmosphere, music wasn't intrusive, and the bookstore lends a nice & quite library atmosphere - folks were social but not so loud as to be distracting. Cons: I came to work, I require an internet connection, and it is a bit boggling that the owner (not a staff member) was unable to fulfill a very simple request. Available WiFi is, IMHO, a mandatory resource for any coffee shop. I consider the value of a coffee shop to determined based upon product (40%), service (40%) and ambiance (20%). Two and a half stars. Update 3/23: New ownership afaik. PRO: One of the very few coffee places in GB open past 2pm CON: Limited selection of coffee available after 2p.

The dark hot chocolate threw me, but I liked it. The cinnamon roll was average; I would've liked it more gooey. The atmosphere was lovely and sedate. A nice place to kill time.

Great teas and kind staff. The food options are limited but the bakery is good! 100% recommend getting a frappe with blackberry mint as a special treat on a hot summer day. I do wish they offered oat milk.

Great coffee in a nice quiet atmosphere! They have salads and other goodies too. They have books to read and borrow and quiet games to play.

Today, The Attic's participation in a community Cafe Crawl event was the best! Positive & welcoming attitude right at the door, nice selection of teas to boast, and of course al the books to keep company while the many people awaited their tea sample.

My favorite coffee spot for over 10 years! A very walkable/bikeable spot in downtown Green Bay with beautiful seasonal mochas and lattes, using locally roasted coffee and expanding into more food options! I LOVE The Attic.

The cutest cafe in town! The cozy delight of used books, a wall of vibrant local art, and delicious cafe drinks and treats. The people are top notch, and there is an adorable little dog park right across the street.

Loved the shop, but the spice cake beverage was less like the spice, and more floral.

This cafe has been here a long time. Good coffee, but their teas are wonderful. Large selection of teas to choose. Oolong, Green, black and herbal with combinations within the groups. Small breakfast/lunch menu. Cookies and dessert items. Both high tables and low tables. Comfy chairs against back wall. Secured wifi available. Used books are available for purchase.

Very friendly atmosphere. The batista greeted us with a smile and answered all our questions. Their lattes were great, as well as their book selection

Been here countless times over the years (my first time was in the fall of 2005)- this place is a classic Green Bay coffee shop with loads of history and many tasty drinks. It's still my go-to destination when I find myself in the area for studying, getting work done, or meeting up with someone. With loads of character and many books to browse, I am hoping this place is with us for many years to come!

i really enjoy going here to do homework and have a cup of coffee. The parking is easy, either street parking or a little parking lot across the street. The vibe of the coffeehouse is very chill and usually quiet to medium volume level. The baristas are alwasy really nice and the coffee is good. Also have a lot of options for buying tea to make at home, hot or iced.

This has to be my favorite café! I love how they have fun themed drinks, a beautiful widow display seasonally, and the ambiance is amazing. If I could ho here daily I would. I like to be surrounded by books and the tea they sell as well is sooo good! Thanks for all the hard work! 😊

Went to the Attic for coffee this morning and was very disappointed in my order… I asked for a hot chai latte with a shot of espresso, but when I received my drink there was no espresso in it and it was room temperature. I could understand this if it was a busy day, especially since there is only one barista, but I was the only customer ordering at the time and there were maybe 4 other customers in the building. Normally I would let something like this slide, but I had paid extra for the shot of espresso and tipped before receiving my order. I will not be coming here again.
