I've been a customer for a few years, just in today at 1:30, very slow, I ordered 2 drinks and a pound of coffee. The girl waiting on me said I'd have to pay for the coffee at the other register. I paid for my drinks and went over to the other area to buy coffee. I waited for about 15 minutes she waited on 1 woman who was behind me which was fine, but she never came over and I don't think she had any intention of waiting on me so I left. This is the 2nd time I had such service. Not sure if there'll be any more.
The coffee is great!! The new crew….not so much. Pretty rude and impatient.
Great staff, and the atmosphere is perfect for reading, working, or meeting friends.
This is one of my "go-to" spots for business coffee meetings and coffee with friends. Their Gobbler and Breakfast sandwiches hit the spot too!

Great coffee with quick friendly service perfect for sitting down for your coffee or get it to go. The coffee is self serve with different options light or dark roast and a flavored coffee but the specialty drinks are made to order. I believe all there coffee is roasted on site.

Staff were very friendly and helpful in helping me decide what to order as this was my first time. There were many choices and different specials each day. I definitely will return and want to give extra points for the staff and hopefully their wages are great along with the benefits.

My preferred local cafe! I go through the drive thru a few times a month. The service is always friendly and quick, and the drinks are delicious. I love the punch card--it's a really nice touch.
Croissant on breakfast sandwich should not be cold but heated before making sandwiches. Breakfast sandwiches should not be cold. Bacon sandwiches should be made with bacon not served with ham. My daughter and son-in-law were both disappointed with their cold breakfast sandwiches. One very cold and another with incorrect meat that was ordered. Remember do not make a breakfast sandwich with a cold or partially frozen croissant.

My kind of place great selection great service picked up a bag to take home even. This is not a coffee house for people that enjoy drinking Folgers coffee. Great job Lacava roasting house
