I think they’ve overstepped what they thought they could achieve, the idea is great, the execution was a 0 out if 10, better leadership would go along way, the people working are trying but aren’t trained properly. I felt bad for the workers.

I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to today. I would consider myself a regular in the drive thru. Today the barista's first words when opening the window were, "are we leaving a tip today?". No, no "we're" not. I get it that the CC machine asks about tip amount, and have noticed some of the batistas, especially the weekend Crew, just bypass asking this. Today's experience was tacky to me. Yes, I'll still go there for my coffee and the lemon muffins that I'm obsessed with.
Ok so this place outdoes Starbucks on their very best day like wow. First time trying and so flavorful and true to taste love !
They don't answer if you're in the drive-thru as I sat there for over 5 minutes and had a line behind me before I just left. I like their coffee, but my family and I are never going to this location again! Instead, I'll run up to Starbucks that's further away.

I generally like the coffee but I'd have to say it's pretty overpriced for what you get. Other local coffee shops charge between $4 and $6 for a latte whereas it's about $8 at this place.
I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try this place. This is the best "Teddy Bear" frozen latte drink that I've ever had!

Got a bagel sandwich and it was amazing.
Ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. The cream cheese was not included in the bagel or on the side. My vanilla latte had a metallic after taste. Very disappointing.

Great chain coffee in the area. Not as good as a local coffee shop but not bad at all. They have great deals and promos so it's not super pricey for a coffee place.

Great bagel sandwiches
A little pricey compared to other places, but the drink I got was good. It is a little tacky for the staff to ask about tipping at the window. I understand that tips are appreciated, but it should be just given by the customer if they should choose, not feel awkward/ obligated at the window with staff asking for it.
