Out of this out of that on multiple occasions, waste of time.
I would give them 0 stars, if I could. HORRIBLE service! First she had me pay and then another customer walked in for the pretzel side and she helped them first and then proceeded to come help me. I ordered a cold brew that was so watered down, it was gross. They refused to give me a refund or a different drink. On top of that, I paid on my card and was forced to tip because there was no option for no tip. I will never go back.
The staff was nice. I hadn't been to a Gloria Jean's since our local store left town, so I was excited to find some Mocha Merrimint beans!
Owners are super nice, my daughter always gets a coffee here when we stop at the mall. Great prices, drinks look amazing.
I have gone in a few times over the past couple months only to find out the coffee side of the business closed. If they aren’t going to have the coffee side open then just close it permanently and focus on the pretzel side of the building. I will go to Starbucks across the street from now on…thanks for not being there
Coffee was great, staff very efficient other than trying to run two things at once. Shop is due for an update.
I came on Saturday and they told me they where not serving. Came back Monday and I was told the same. Why have a business and not operate. The people in the pretzel is the same taking care of the coffee shop and they just don’t want to sale anything
Really good coffee and other drinks, best part was the very friendly barista 5/5 will be going back again!

I wish I could give this 0 stars but there’s no option for that. This was the worst experience I have ever had with coffee. Not only is it 6 dollars for a small cup of coffee it straight up taste like milk. I ordered a hot small caramel latte and what I got was milk with a hint of coffee. I couldn’t even taste any sweetness nor flavor. This lady does not know how to make coffee, for the espresso, you’re supposed to tamp it down before you brew it. This lady just got the coffee ground and put it in to brew. That is not espresso whatsoever. There is no fresh coffee smell that makes it delicious. I would rather go to any Starbucks and get a grande or maybe even a venti for 6 dollars. Please do not go here THEY EVEN ASK FOR A TIP? When you go to pay on the card machine it has a process for tip? I get the cup for tips but for it to go through the transaction is unbelievable. Get your moneys worth just not here. I don’t write reviews at all but this just got me.

Went for a coffee. Way too expensive. Other great choices in the area and Baraboo without the crazy $$
The cold brew was absolute trash. I like most coffee but this one actually made me gag. Had to throw it out. Overpriced and awful taste. Literally threw $6 in the garbage cause I couldn't drink it.
Store was a little bare looking with unfinished floor and "stuff" everywhere. Staff very nice and products are very good.

The drinks are decent
Best place to get food in the Dells Outlet Mall. I like the strawberry lemonade and the mini pretzel dogs the best. The pepperoni pretzel is really good too. I go in there at least once a day when I'm working In a store across from them.
