Love the chocolate avalanche
Had a cold mocha Carmel latte, which I've never had before. So good!
I got a White Carmel Iced Coffee. That was delicious. My issue is the way the owner treated his employee. His tone was very unkind & with customers around I felt bad for her. I enjoy coming here when I’m in the mall, but this alone will make me stop.
My favorite coffee place of all time because of their mint chocolate bomb mocha chiller. I have yet to find another place that has anything that tastes as good. I'm not a fan of the coffee flavor but enjoy coffee on occasion and while it does have coffee, it can't be tasted very much. It's very good and very sweet. I recommend trying it.
Awesome place, great choices for Coffee hot or cold, smoothies too.. Great workers that enjoy life, and work. Great service with smiles! 🫠💯❤️

Decent service and atmosphere was typical, the drinks ordered were (2) chillers. Third time it wasn't blended enough. Chunky ice
Stopped at 7:43 to get some chocolate espresso beans for my mom as my grandma is not doing good and it was a treat they shared as my moms name is Gloria Jean. I was told they are closed as the two girls were in the back room and one had a boy who clearly didn’t work there and the gate was not shut. They refused to get the beans as they closed out the till already. They were not apologetic. I got the distinct feeling they “had somewhere better” to be.
Went there at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon and walked while there were 2 girls at the counter chatting with the girl behind the counter. All the lights were on and I was told "We are closed. Sorry." And they all proceeded to laugh as we walked away. Website says open until 6. Not very pleased as I frequent here often....
Good coffee!
This place is awesome. The coffee is second to none. Don't waste your time sitting in line at a drive-thru, stop out at the mall and get some at Gloria Jean's. No need for directions, just use your nose and it will take you right to it. In all seriousness, best coffee in the valley in my opinion.
Stopped in for a cup of coffee to take on our stroll in the mall. Fast and friendly service with just the right selection of cold and hot drinks. I always get the same drink (Cafe Mocha) sonI can compare it with other cafes in the area. It was just the way I expected (good ratio of coffee to chocolate). Next time when I make it back here, I will have to try one of the chillers. I would not make a special trip here but if I was in the area and wanted coffee, I would definitely come here.

I just got a latte. It wasn't bad. I like the display of bags of Gloria Jean's coffee and other merch you can buy.
Listen, if you want to talk coffee, I don't know what you're saying. This place looks great, smells great, is clean, friendly people, great coffee. Just go. You won't regret it.

The staff didn’t want to be bothered—it was clear. They were short, unfriendly, and very transactional. I felt like I was interrupting their close but it was only 2:30 in the afternoon. Pretty unwelcoming experience…
They're willing to make your drink the way you want it. They care , like really care not like others in the fox Valley. I always tip $10 or more depending on what I'm getting for myself. They're worth it 💯
