HORRIBLE customer service… pulled up and she was NOT friendly whatsoever. Once we payed and pulled up to the window to receive our drinks, she was passionately putting another employee down for making a mistake. Overall, very unprofessional atmosphere.
We live on the hill so we thought this place would be nice since its so close. Everytime we go they are out of half the menu, the staff is not friendly and when you do get your order its messed up in some way or another. i got a large coffee this am and it was half full and had wierd dirt like stuff floating in it. Not a happy camper
Forgot our sandwich then when we went back in gave us a cold sandwich with cheese papers inside, she was rude never going back there!!
Brand New place. Everything we asked for they didn't have. The girl had no idea what they did have and had to ask everything. They have the baked goods by the drive through window not covered at all. Girl has on gloves touching everything and then gets the food. They literally counted out 6 little round hash browns for an order, that cost way to much. AND there was no apples in the apple fritters. McDonald's is cheaper and way better.
