Been a while since I've ate there and was always good before but this last time was not so great. Hashbrown were dry and stringy like a rice cake and I could only do one bite of the biscuits and gravy.
Was not here, stopped at the crosswalk and waited to go
I loved the food. The biscuits and gravy were different, but they were good. Biscuits very fluffy and the gravy was definitely made from scratch.Corned Beef Hash was good and the western omelet was great. The prices are great. Will definitely dine again.
Wonderful family-run, SCRATCH-MADE, breakfast and lunch Cafe. Very welcoming makes you feel like a member of their family. Delicious, simple American fare served with love and appreciation for each customer. Owners Jennifer and JR say "Our mission statement is "We serve good food at a reasonable price in a clean place to eat it."

Such a great little local spot. We were just passing through and I’m so glad we stumbled into this little gem. The omelet we got and eggs and hash browns were just average/decent but the homemade sourdough bread was delightful. We were lucky be there on a Saturday morning where they had huge fresh baked cinnamon rolls… oh my goodness amazing!! Good service and very friendly. Extremely reasonably priced, incredible value for what you get and the amount of food. Fun atmosphere with the books. We also grabbed some homemade cookies on the way out to take to go that were heavenly!
Food was solid, the price was incredibly fair, and the atmosphere was amazing.
Love this small little cafe. The nicest people own it. Great food, fast service, not expensive. Perfect for my budget and a day out with Mom.
Great Breakfast Try their Cinnamon Rolls they're Tasty
Nice local cafe that we walked to from the Blennerhasett Hotel. Nikki served us and we both had omelets with american cheese, peppers and oinions. Rye toast was good. Reasonably priced. This is a local favorite, as most patrons seem to know each other. There are shelves of used books that you can buy for 50 cents each. This is open early and closes early, and is for breakfast or lunch only. Try it; I'm sure youll like it!
Always my favorite go to so much that I wanted to go one last time before moving out of town to only have the worst experience. Owner refused service cause he "didnt wanna make that" granted it was on the menu and no where did it say only served during certain hours. Severely disappointed.
Neat little cafe with standard choices and good pricing. The waitstaff was not good.
Always love coming downtown to the crystal Cafe, great food and very friendly local service with tons of history.
Keeping Breakfast Great from the Griddle Master JR and Jennifer the Master Cinnamon Roll Maker. Once you have just one, better get two your taste buds will love it ! This Place is Well Worth Checking Out , Enjoy ! By the way get the Cinnamon Rolls gooey.

The "Cheers" of breakfast & lunch dining establishments. Nothing fancy here but everything I've tried tastes great, especially the chilli and potato soup. I hear the cookies and pies are quite tasty too. The made from scratch cinnamon rolls are...wait for it...LEGENDARY!

Nice place to eat. Jr and Jennifer are great. Its like eating with people you have known for a long time. Great food, friendly people. Couldn't ask for more.
