Just happened upon this unique and historic cafe in the middle of West Virginia. WHAT A TREAT!!!!! Stopping for gas I asked the locals if there was a nice local diner and EVERYONE gave me this place......and said the food was terrific!!!! Thanks to TANYA for taking the time giving me the background of the former KELLY'S DRUG STORE which this now occupies. Unfortunately I just caught them after they opened and I was not very hungry but Tanya suggested I try their OREO COOKIE CHEESECAKE........WOWWWW!!!!!! I hope to be back on my way through next winter and will stop for more of their menu. I wish success to all at the 110 !!!!!
5 star why the food is really good and the people are really nice
Small town diner with big taste. Went in just wanting a BLT and saw this fried-green tomato BLT and I couldn't be stopped. The love they put into food here is phenomenal. Thanks so much for your community support and a helluva good meal!
Food was good but was a little pricey. Delivery person Tarah was great.
Local hangout goes for the mac and cheese. The fried shrimp basket is the best in the area. Hand-cut fries and homemade chips.

Food was amazing and fast to get to the table, staff was attentive and super friendly. Will definitely come again next time we’re in town.
I love Cafe One Ten. I hate that the soup & salad bar isn't open right now. Service can be on the slow side, but food is always delicious. I highly recommend the gouda mac & cheese.

We are from out of town and a local citizen recommended Cafe one ten when we asked about a burger place. They did not disappoint. Our service was fast and friendly. Our burgers were perfect and fried pickles delicious! We will be moving to the area soon and this will definitely be a regular place we eat!
Stopped in a few weeks ago on my way to Raleigh NC coming from Ontario Canada. The breakfast burger really hit the spot and very short wait for food. Only downside was no public wifi network but not a big deal as I wanted to eat and continue on my way. Will definitely stop in again when I make the same trip in the future.

Food was good! Not too busy when going to get lunch with my husband. The downfall was a waitress being confrontational to customers and disrespectful to other staff. My husband and I were uncomfortable and so were other customers.
