The only reason you received 2 stars because of the two young gentlemen working tonight. This location needs a NEW manager. No food, no cream no working espresso maker. We walked out with a partial order. First time in a Tim Hortons and no thanks.
Usually stop here every day for coffee and a bagel. Used to be great service but as of lately, the store is never open at 5am when not should be, currently sitting here at 8:36am on a Saturday morning game day and find hand written closed signs on the doors. Half the time you can’t get what you want because they never ordered it or the equipment is down. Unfortunately as of this point of being a loyal Tim Hortons customer of 15 years, I will have to find another place for coffee 😔
The guy running the cash register was wearing cloves and didn't change them before making people's food. 🤢🤮 Also the pumpkin spice latte taste like soap. The machine might need cleaned or there flavors are not as good as other restaurants.
I've always went to this store,since it opened, because it's right across from my work. I always got great service until the past couple of years. I quit using this store because not only has the quality of service declined to the point that I usually have to yell " Hello" to get someone to take my order at the counter but it is never open at 5am,when I get to work, a majority of the time the store doesn't open til 7am or later or there is a sign posted on the door that inside ordering is not an option. I would rate this store a 0 but the app won't allow any rating below a 1. I suggest if you like the coffee or food that you find another store to attend. I am willing to frequent this store again if it would just open at the time stated on the website and door. Until then I am a former customer and seek my coffee elsewhere. Actual rating is a -5.
Stopped in here with my mom and brother while in Morgantown. The food was really good and the staff was nice. I was disappointed that my mocha came from premade powder rather than the espresso machine behind the counter.
I've gone there twice this month. Both times there was No One in the place. The first time it took 10 minutes to be waited on. I mentioned that I really wanted a chia latte but there wasn't one listed on the menu. Was told they make them but don't list them as few people order them. Can't order what isn't on the menu! I give two stars because the chai once I got it was good. Went back three weeks later. Quick stop before doctor appointment. Again 10 minutes with no service. There were two workers. One seemed to be making coffee. The other just ordering around. One out front rather than behind the counter playing on phone so I guess he hadn't started yet. I finally just left. This is ridiculous!
Stopped in to get a drink before an appointment. There is an overflowing trash can outside the entrance with food spilled all over. First impressions matter. I walked in and there were 4 employees and 3 customers plus the drive through. I stood there and was never even acknowledged. I waited several minutes at the register but no one came to take my order or acknowledge that I was even there. I walked out without ordering.
Really great donuts, very friendly staff , bought breakfast before heading out to my future son in laws graduation. I'm pretty sure it's understaffed , I would recommend going in and not overwhelming the drive thru , those kids are working their butts off handling multiple things at once. Thank you for an enjoyable breakfast .

No Decaf espresso beans. Very nice staff. I ordered a Decaf peppermint mocha latte. When the staff went to make it they were told they had no Decaf espresso beans. They said they didn't carry Decaf espresso beans at this location.
Service was ok but product had great taste but the appearance well asked for whipped topping looked like the just spooned the topping on no oreo toppings looked nothing like the picture at
Would like to give a shout-out to the girl working the drive thru yesterday at 11 am. Very shorthanded and she was still polite. They were out of everything I wanted except the breakfast sandwich, but I made the best of it she was trying.

Bagel came cold. Eggs are fake, bacons fake, everything about this place is fake and shouldn’t be allowed for human consumption. Lucky there’s not a no star option

We ordered sausage and bagels and we got bacon. The coffee didn’t have in it what it was supposed to be. The lady taken the order didn’t have a clue what she was doing. We have been going to this location for a long time on our way south. I don’t know if I will go back!
