Stopped here on our way out of town. Everything was delicious. We got a blueberry blast smoothie with peanut butter, what an awesome combo! I would have never thought of that on my own. We also got a slice of coconut cream pie, it was flakey, creamy, and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness! My chai latte was a bit muted but it was still delicious. Will be coming here again!

Horrible service. The woman at the register was very rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering. Also I was looking at a sweatshirt underneath the counter and she said “I’ll take that” so that I could not look at it anymore. Would never return

I went to Almost Heaven today on my lunch break from work. I never realized they had a drive thru until today. Well, I pull and order my food on the kiosk. After I order my food I pull up with only 2 other Cars in front of mine. After 10 minutes, someone finally comes to the window for the car in the very front. Then we waited another 10 minutes for this person to get their food. Then another 20 minutes for the car in front of me. So I decided to park my car and walk inside to see if I could pay inside instead (at this point I’m in a hurry to get back to work). The woman working had her back turned towards me just bent over the counter on her phone. Finally she turned around and I explained how I ordered and just wanted to pay inside. She said “oh yeah, receipts and tickets aren’t printing right now, what did you order?” I said oh okay, then proceeded to tell her. So she starts ringing it in. She stated they hadn’t started making my food yet, so after a 40 minute visit there, I decided to take my money and leave. The lack of consideration at this business is wild to me. With only 3 people in the drive thru and 2 people in the actual place, communicating to the people waiting in line about you not receiving their food orders would have been nice. Whoever this woman was, really seemed like she didn’t care to be there. I feel sorry for the owners, because this woman seems like she will drive customers away very quickly.

I want to start by saying the desserts are great, coffee not so much. Ordered a cold brew with a splash of oat milk and was given essentially a cup of milk/water. Politely asked if they could add more cold brew and I was able to see from the spout that the coffee was not fully brewed as it was still nearly clear and therefore I was given oat milk / coffeeish water. Again, I was polite and stated that it is still basically water and I was told “well cold brew does have water in it.” I was polite and met with a somewhat snarky comment, it was not a personal insult to anyone’s coffee making ability. I was genuinely trying to help as you shouldn’t be serving coffee that is still basically clear. I gave them the opportunity to fix the coffee and was met with bad customer service. Also noting there was no line or anyone in the drive thru so I was not holding any orders/customers up. Suggestion, if the cold brew has not had time to fully brew for several hours either state you are out or keep cold brew concentrate on hand if you do not want to be out and do not add so much water to dilute the coffee.

Ordered a sandwich and a coffee. Waited 40 minutes. Was informed that my food was given to someone else and that they would make it again. The coffee was not for me. It was for my wife. I asked for a hot coffee so I would not be taking home a cold coffee. They offered a refund on the sandwich as an apology for my wait. I insisted I only wanted a hot coffee. They insisted on the refund. I accepted. I waited in front of the entire staff for another 30 minutes. Asked about the sandwich. They said it was canceled when I accepted the refund. Rudely. Never in the communication was I asked if I still wanted the sandwich. Never ordering from this place again. They were mixing up other customers orders and letting people inside wait half an hour while the drive thru was 5 minutes max. Do not eat here.

Have been consistently going to this location since they opened and every time I am just waiting for a good experience. The food and drinks are good but rarely ever put out in a timely manner, I guess it would be hard to be timely when every free second the staff has they are on their phones! Terrible costumer service EVERY SINGLE TIME with no change, short, rude, and just judge mental lazy workers who would rather goof off than actually help paying customers.

My friends and I tried there lattes and sandwiches awhile ago and wasn’t a huge fan of the lattes. The three of us got the same drink and they were all made different. I decided to give it another try for an açaí bowl and the price for the size of this thing is ridiculous. I also receive pineapple when I did not ask for it.

Such a unique place! We've gotten breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and desserts. All were beyond expectation. The vibe is also very relaxing.

This place is.. okay. Tried different things each time I've went just to give it a chance. None of the lattes were very good, the cookies are always hard, and the baklava I got off of the shelf was past it's sell by date and soggy (I should've checked). My family and I ordered breakfast from there and couldn't finish it either. Everything sounds and looks amazing, but nothing has much taste to it.

Very good grab and go items. Little pricey and slower, but kind service.

I guess the coffee would be good if I ever got it. Took forever to order with that stupid kiosk. My sister hurt her hand trying to get the drinks we wanted to register. Then sat waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes before we gave up and went somewhere else. When we drove past there was no one at the drive thru window.

Jenna was so nice and made me a custom smoothie that I noticed she had made for herself. Both the fruit and avocado toasts they make here are favorites for me. Cute place!

We try to stop at independent coffee shops on road trips however waiting 1/2 hr to get our coffee was too long. There were no customers waiting inside and one truck in drive through. The server did not communicate with us during the wait. On a long drive losing so much time just for coffee is not welcome.

Food and latte were good but barista was rather rude and short. Maybe over worked, she was the only one I saw. I did not get what I wanted or what I pointed to. She tossed a bag at me to put my purchase in. I came from a part of the country where there are drive up coffee shops on every corner so was happy to see one. Probably not stopping again.

I love everything about them especially the biscottis & gellato cookies. The only constructive feedback I would have is that they add a little more heat to hot drinks. They are quite warm. I love my coffee piping hot.

I found this place on our trip through the state and just had to stop by 😊 The girls working were friendly and helpful to me unlike some other reviews. The white mocha with 2 extra shots of espresso was sufficiently sweet. The 2 shot espresso was good but it was slightly bitter. I ordered the container of combo cookies which is a good mix of cookies for all to enjoy. I got 43 cookies so for $28 it's a good price for the mix. The cream horns are super fresh, flaky and have a hint of almond. The wedding cookies were a little dull on the flavor but still good. Peanut butter were flavorful along with the chocolate chip cookies. Mini pecan pie cookies were pretty bland though. The waffles cookies were not a favorite of ours but a favorite of the dogs. The nutty thumbprint are really moist not sweet but good cookies. The cherry turnover was really good. All in all $49 for 2 extra shot white mocha, 2 shot espresso, cherry turnover and a big container of 43 cookies.

Walked in at about 10:30 on a saturday morning. The casheir was nice. They were out of a lot of stuff. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 muffins and stepped aside....then everything went downhill. My husband got his drink 5 minutes after ordering and we were on the same bill. They acted like I was impatient for asking for my hot chocolate after waiting 15 minutes. When I asked for it, they said "it'll be out. I'm going in order!!" I just said ok. She finally looked at the tickets and realized her mistake and made my drink in 30 seconds...it was disgusting! There were coffee grounds in my husband's coffee and my hot chocolate had 0 taste. 1st time here and it was a truly awful experience. Gave 2 starts bc we actually got everything we paid for. Won't be returning.

Cheat lake needed something like this, but man is the staffing really wishy washy. Some can be the absolute nicest person you’ve ever met, and the next day someone will be literally rolling their eyes at you. Sandwiches are a nice addiction and the coffee is good. Love to be able to support a local small business way more than those horrid massive chains. Definitely worth the stop regardless of minor issues with staff (also could have just been one of those days for them).
