Funky, quaint cafe. Right off the Greenbriar River Trail. P. S. Bike shop upstairs. Delicious caramel flavored latte - hot and tasty. Fresh tasty, homemade bread and pastries with varied egg entrees.

One of the employees was really nice (the thin blonde) but the other girl and the owner could work on their customer relations skills to say the least. Dry personalities and very curt, almost to the point of being rude. I must say though, my quesadilla was pretty damn good.

One of my favorite places! I love the dirty chai's and I tried the Appalachian Blast and it was super good! Fresh ingredients and high quality!

My opinion: If you support this business, you’re giving money to a woman who is rude, even to old ladies. Spend your money elsewhere! Honestly, this woman who works there reminds me of “The Soup Nazi” from Seinfeld. I have NO idea how this restaurant has such high ratings. I guess the food is fine, but the woman working behind the counter (thin with reddish hair), who I am told is the owner, is absolutely horrible to customers, in my experience and opinion. I have gone there twice. The first time, she was rude, scowling at customers and not acknowledging their pleasantries. Maybe she was having a bad day, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Again, absolutely nasty to customers, in my opinion. Two of elderly women said thank you for their meal, she ignored, scowling, and continued cooking. They assumed she didn’t hear. So, they shouted again. She scowled, and muttered “you’re welcome” in a nasty tone. The women said, “oh, I guess she did hear us” and walked out. I saw customer after customer come in and be treated rudely, in my opinion. I also, got treated poorly, even after leaving a 15% tip on a TO GO order. All of that to say, in my opinion, eat here only if you want to give your money to someone who will treat you like dirt.

Pretty horrible customer service all around. The lady running the counter seemed to be bothered by customers. We went to order and said “hello” before to be friendly and just got a blank stare till I started my order. Very awkward experience. No idea how this place survives offering zero customer service.

Food was delicious. Had the southwest eggs and they were prepared to perfection. Too many places overcook the eggs, but not here. I overheard the owner stating it's difficult to do everything solo as hiring and training workers to meet her quality standards is challenging. I think we all need to be more patient and understanding since so few people are willing to work.

Very unwelcoming feeling. Walked in and asked if we could just sit anywhere and lady said yea with an attitude. Took our orders and never once cracked a smile, it was like she was very annoyed we were there, so much so we changed our order to go instead of dining in. Didn’t like the feeling of not feeling welcome. Food was very good but we will not be back, what a shame.

Casual and eclectic. My favorite place to have lunch with a friend. Consistently good food and local beer on tap.

Amazing vibe, just right and unexpected in an otherwise unassuming little town. Sets the bar high as a shining star of quality and hand-craft, whether you need a fresh mountain bike tire, or a dandy latte.

Food was decent; Only thing that got this place a bad rating was the person working there had the look of annoyance that I was there. Me and a friend went here a couple of times, and acts like we were an inconvenience. One example, she brings out the to go order and says "Sorry I don't have a bag ok!" Basically acting like we were going to yell at her for not having a bag. Obviously did not feel welcome here, and they really showed it. Surprised a place with horrible customer service still survives.
