Jessica, give the place a break. It happens. They probably have young workers, summer jobs. I always let a person make it right, before I write a bad review. I haven't been to this place, but I do intend to try some classes..I Hope you find a chance for a better review.
The experience creating would be the best part of my time with Joe N Throw. It took over 6 weeks for my piece to be completed. I called I around week 4/5, and was told to not call again, I would be called when it was done. Flash forward 2 more weeks and to when I called again- I was told the pieces had been done for a about 5 days and asked if I had been called yet- obviously I was not. It was a good thing I called or I would be waiting for even longer. Best part about the finishing process was when I went to pick up and I was told one item was not there and that they misplaced it. Nothing like wasting time and money to not have a finished product- thanks for the great time Joe N Throw. I would save your money and go to a more organized establishment for a better experience.

So much fun. Went with a group of 4, all family, for a private class. The only thing they really push on you is to make it yours. Our instructor was very adamant that they are open to making your piece to represent you, and that made the experience that much better. Can't wait to see the finished products. Thanks for a great time.
Carol and all the rest are super people. Nothing we've made was difficult, but their help was abundant if needed. We had fun, and love our final "masterpieces."

We did a walk in pints and pot class it was such a blast! Was very relaxing and everyone was so nice and helpful when my creative flow was lacking. Awesome environment and staff and had some amazing beers after. This is def a place to check out! A gem of Fairmont!
Classes are great! Mike, Carol and julissa are all fantastic teachers!
