It's a drove through, so atmosphere doesn't really apply. Service and quality great.

Ordered bagel with cream cheese but got charged for sausage with it, not cream cheese so I took it anyway but the sausage was rancid. Couldn't eat it or the bagel. Also got muffithat was dry and not great....I did not go back to complain...just won't go there again.
My order was completely messed up. I fill like I threw ten dollars out the window. It was supposed to have been sugar-free French vanilla with cream, a shot of espresso and Splenda. It tasted horrible no cream no Splenda cost her garland and it cost $10.
Love the place! Nice staff and very friendly. Very quick with the order.
I love this coffee. Pretty disappointed they close at 7pm. I don't know how long they will stay on business with those hours.
Terrible place! Saint albans food os 100% better! We t through to get breakfast fir my daughter before school, they did not listen to any of my instructions fir the food we ordered! Hash browns were so hard and gross couldn’t eat them they got really offended that we asked for new dress ones. Before ordering we asked them if they were fresh they said of course they clearly were not dressed. Asked them to toast my daughters avocado toast it was not toasted. They don’t even try or listen. It’ll close soon because a lot of ppl here in CRosslanes agree they are terrible!

We've been through 3 times, to give benefit of the doubt. 0 for 3. First two times were bad for various reasons, but this third puts it over the top. This time I asked for the nitro draft latte, which they have a yard sign out front promoting, next to their nitro cold brew sign. When I asked for that, they kept trying to ring me up for a cold brew. Even when I explained they have a sign out front OTHER than the cold brew, and I want that, they said "okay, I've got you for the nitro cold brew." I had to double check to make sure I'm not insane and it is a thing, but not all Tim Hortons have it. Not sure if management just used all the signs from their marketing bundle out without checking if they actually sell the item or what, but it should have been noticed and taken down by now if so. If they do sell it, then someone should probably tell the employees about it.
If I could give 0 stars for my food this morning I would. I went through the drive-through and ordered some kind of Maple bacon sausage sandwich thing in a combo meal. The price was $9.59 which is expensive but I don't mind paying for good food. I was handed my food through the window And I left and took off to work. I started sipping my coffee and I realized how cold it was. Then I tried to eat my hash Brown and it was frozen. And my breakfast sandwich was also cold. By this time I'm already in traffic on the interstate and can't possibly turn around to go get my food fixed. I tried to call to let the manager know what had happened so they could rectify my situation on a different day and the number is disconnected. I'm never coming back to this place and paying that much money for food that's cold.
very friendly, went there yesterday and was going to get a dozen donuts. got 10 vanilla cream, 1 cruller and 1 apple fritter. went again today to get some more apple fritters and crullers but they were out so we asked if they could make some more, and they did. crullers are so soft like eating a cloud and the apple fritters have lots of apple filling in them. they do need to put more cream in the vanilla cream donuts. if you go there i suggest getting a cruller cause they are so awesome and delicious
