Burnt coffee. Got a basic vanilla latte with an extra shot and whip cream. I get this at every coffee stand. Had 0 flavor, was not really sweetened at all, all I could taste was burnt coffee. It was only 9:15 am why is the coffee burnt.
Employees like to skip cars and take people's orders from cars behind you, even though you were there first. Then walk right past you like you haven't been sitting in their line FOREVER. Not even worth 1 star. Take your money elsewhere.
Great coffee they remembered our names each time fast even with long lines you don't wait long at all staff is the greatest always come back here highly recommend grinders to everyone!
The new girls are not very good at making coffee.. prices are crazy and the burritos are overpriced. I use to come everyday… ✌️

I really love coming to this place for my coffee runs. I really enjoy the Mangoniada's with mango bits, Java Chip frapps, Heaven in a cup. They are very affordable too.

Great coffee! Friendly staff. Fast service. Stopped by to visit while in Zillah. They seem to have a great rapport with the locals. As a visitor, I felt like a local. This is why I support local businesses!! Props!

I'm not sure what's going on with Grinder's lately. I've been a regular customer for over a year, and for the last few of months, they have been consistently messing up my orders. For instance, I like light ice, and yet every time I ask for it, half or more of the cup is filled with ice. Other times, they will give me the wrong drink. Just today, I asked for a white chocolate americano, light ice, with half and half. I got a caramel americano, and more than half the cup filled with ice. In retrospect, I get the drink I asked for about a third of the time. I don't want to make meaningless allegations, but I have a few female friends, including my fiance, and they never have a problem with their drinks. I, along with a few male friends, seem to have a recurring issue with them.
I love love looovvve the drinks but the last couple times I've gone here they stop working to talk to each other which makes the wait longer than need be & its rude. I used to work as a barista so I understand wait times but when it's due to lack of multitasking it's a bit frustrating. So great drinks but service is a meh lately.
Super friendly and got my order out quick. They seem mostly into Sugary drinks and not so much coffee. They didn’t know anything about the coffee they were selling. Coffee was not to my liking but might be ok if you get something like a Mocha, or something to cover up the coffee. Just Incase you are wondering, I am picky when it comes to coffee. Wish I had held out for Sorbenots coffee in Baker City.
This is a good coffee place I go here often but, the wait times in the lines have at least doubled since two years ago. It’s annoying and I find my self just Waiting for ten minutes then driving away. Good coffee horrible wait time.
Everyone I've met here are always happy and friendly, they're quick to get my drinks even when I have a bigger order.

First time coming to grinders to buy my blackberry lime infused water and oh my God it is so sweet and delicious plus added bonus I got a gift from their 13 days of Christmas! I will be coming back there infused water is so delicious! And great customer service!
