I really enjoy getting the nutty yeti blended. It is my favorite drink from bigfoot. I am so happy they brought one to yakima. THANK YOU BIGFOOT!
Great service, amazing coffee, friendly staff
Went to get a drink, first of the 2 girls ignored me for a good minute. Then came to take my order with an attitude. When I asked if the unicorn redbull was good, the baristas response was yeah it’s okay. So I told her she didn’t sounds very convinced. To which she replied “redbull doesn’t excite me.” Even if it doesn’t why would you say that to a customer that you are trying to sell that very thing to. Beyond annoyed. Second time I have a bad experience there and I’ve only been there 2 times.

Coffee was given to my husband and his colleagues, so I can't comment on the taste. They said it was good. Kinda slow service. I really like the hours! The staff is getting friendlier.

AMAZING!!! the baristas know what they're doing and they're great at their job. they have amazing customer service and their coffees are priced very well. each sip is worth every cent!
The service was okay, but nothing stands out that makes it different from all the other Red Bull/ Coffe stands. Only difference is 24 hours availability.
I have missed Bigfoot Java since I moved from Auburn back to Yakima. And I was so excited when I found out Yakima was getting a location. Faster service and better coffee, and better prices make this place a wonderful place to get your caffeine boost. They have muffin tops (banana nut is my fav) as well as other snacks. Sometimes they have issues with getting their orders, but still a great place to go.
The prices change from day to day even when it is the same people. There is a pair of employees who are great; however, when they aren't there I regret going because the rest of the employees always forget some part of my order and are so unapproachable that I don't want to even try having them make it right. On those days when I go there I can't wait to leave.
