Friendly service, though unclear drive through process; single shots for a 12oz unless additional shot is purchased; unfortunately those shots were burned/stale and my coconut milk was flat; couldn't finish my latte. Was sort of awful :/
My first time going and i will never go back.... Ordered a white chocolate blended mocha and it looks and tastes like milk. And the ladies are not friendly to customer..

I really did use to like the service here. Today I ordered on the Joe app and when I arrived the drinks were not ready and was greeted very rudely. Then was told that I was going to have to wait because they were already cleaning the machines and I would only get cold brew on 3 iced mochas I ordered. Me the paying customer who also left a tip and paid a service fee on top of that regret going to get coffee here today.
Love the coffee, they always get my order just right!! Consistency with coffee taste is so important and the best, which makes me pass on Starbucks most of the time. My only complaint is that the breakfast burritos are always a hit or miss. Sometimes they are very dry and the eggs seem old, other times they are good. Hope they can fix that.

The service is so slow! Sitting in line for 10 minutes (1 car at the window in front of me) only 1 girl working both sides on a Saturday I order my 1 coffee and wait another 10 minutes. Terrible service!!!
The girls were super nice and very out going when we we stopped by driving back home! They also make super good drinks!

Staff was friendly. Drinks are not good very watered down. Second time trying their coffee and always disappointed I wasted money. Starbucks has better flavors and decent price for something that’s tastes good. Not worth giving them a 3rd chance.

My favorite place to go for coffee and the doughnut holes and cinnamon rolls are to die for. If haven't gotten any coffee from here you are missing out on great coffee and great service!
