My wife and I love this place! Or at least we did. I went to go get some biscuits and gravy this morning, 2 full orders and two coffees. Every single time we have got the biscuits and gravy because we love them there is plenty of gravy the biscuits are warm and moist and the bacon bits and cheese is incredible. This time around the biscuits were dry the gravy was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. My wife calls over there and the girl was understanding and apologizes and says she could make 2 more if I came back through. She explained that the heating element wasn't on prior. This wasn't an issue and I understood. After going back through and getting home its still wrong. The biscuits are dry again and theres enough gravy to cover 2 biscuits so now you short me on gravy. It makes zero sense. We have been going there 3 to 4 times a week in which we will no longer be customers. This was waste of time and $30.

Just ordered some coffees for my office, coffee drinks were great and the staff was amazing!
Not a place I could recommend with a straight face. I ordered a latte and it tasted like water and was like warm. I wasn't even sure there was frothed milk on top so I had to take off the lid to check. Hands down the worst latte I've ever had (my partner, upon tasting it, couldn't even tell what it was I ordered). His black coffee was better but the lid didn't fit on the cup and it spilled everywhere. Only giving it two stars because he said his burrito tasted good. They seriously need to downsize the amount of inventory inside...open boxes of inventory all over the customer side floor and some sort of bag sealer (or something) machine unplugged on top of the customer table, supplements stacked all over the place, and t-shirts falling off the rack. Could definitely have a better feel inside.

I love the variety here. The drinks are always amazing. However I do have one complaint; the croissant sandwich tastes like it might be near cleaning appliances. It just has this weird soapy taste... Maybe that's just me. Glad to know they're cleaning haha 👍
I’ve been a regular here for a few years now. Good drink selection and monthly flavors + daily specials. One of the baristas Autumn has always been wonderful and great with customer service!
The sweetest girls work here! Always good customer service, good food and most importantly, amazing drinks!! I pick up here for uber a lot and always have a great experience! Thank you C&S Coffeehouse!
The baristas don't know how to make certain drinks they post on instagram and they don't know what specials they post. Why post drinks on instagram if you can't make them!! Attitude changes after you say no to tips as well 🤭😬
I love c&s- they always have great food options, im difficult because I'm gluten free, dairy free, grain free, fun free, & they can always accommodate me. Their drinks are great too, I tried my first PSL today and I totally get what the hype is all about. Also- they cater AND create special treats for events, they made the cutest soccer ball cookies for my daughter's soccer team and even wrote the team name across them. I highly recommend it!

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago, the place was busy. I was immediately greeted by a friendly barista who offered me a few suggestions when I asked for a recommendation on a drink. Very friendly and fast service. Will definitely be back.
They are the best place. I've been a loyal customer to the point they know my name AND my partners😅 the service is great and the dragon fly is my favorite at the moment, get it!
Nothing against the Company just the people that work there. I really Dislike the fact that they are so (Demanding On Tips) onces you say No they start changing their Tone. Would be great if who ever is in charge have a Pow-Wow with the workers.
This place needs a pick-up section when you walk inside instead making us wait 30+ minutes for a pick up order. Also there are supplies scattered all over inside (espresso machine parts, cleaning supplies) not a comfortable environment
Terrible customer service, the owner and staff are always extremely rude. Was told the wait time was 45 mins yet we received our order two hours later and we were missing items.
Great place for coffee, lotus or any other caffeinated beverage you'd like. The staff is fast friendly and will take time to remeber your name. My go to coffee shop in yakima.
