Fantastic! One of the few places open on a Sunday during winter. Thankfully, it was absolutely phenomenal. Coffee was good, but the food was just perfect. Would absolutely go back if I'm in the area again.

The baked goods sold here are crazy expensive, but definitely the only thing worth purchasing here. The 'fresh baked' bread is as hard as a rock and I have seen first hand people chipping their teeth on the bread ! Forget eating breakfast, they are ALWAYS sold out of the breakfast sandwiches! Unless you're up at 7 and leaving the house by 8 I highly suggest calling in a takeout order, BUT you can't even do that because they hardly ever answer the phone ! And for the life of me I can't figure out why their pre-made food tastes better than the stuff they make fresh. Northshore Cafe, Freshies Bagels and Juice, and River Daze are 100% better options.

This place has gotten busier and busier, without making accommodations for the increase in walk in traffic. It sucks as a local that this place is always sold out of their breakfast sandwiches, and theres a line of tourists up the block every morning. It's just strange to me that a breakfast spot is sold out of breakfast sandwiches by 9:30 without the capability of making more to order. Maybe make more sandwiches? Watch out, the bread on the subs is hard as a rock. I lost a filling last time I ate lunch there. 2 stars because the sandwiches that sell out by 9am are actually pretty good. Would recommend anywhere else if you wake up after 8am.

The pastries we tried were yummy. My wife really enjoyed the Almond Coffee Cake. They know the regulars, but also cordial to us newbies. We read some negative reviews and they are not accurate from our trips there over two days. Keep up the good work!🤟🏾

Fun energetic ambience, amazing pastries, the bread looked delicious, service was perfect and pleasant. We had a maple bacon scone and still talk about it months later! We’ll go back for sure!

Best Bakery in the Gorge. We love having this as an option in White Salmon. Protip - if you order things visible from the counter, you get your stuff immediately and are in and out. If you order things from the kitchen, expect a wait. Pizza Night on Mondays - great, but very exclusive. Be sure to show up early if you want a spot. They fill up and sell out long before close.

I ordered ginger molasses cookie, granola & yogurt bowl and an Americano. Granola bowl is very well balanced between yogurt tanginess and granola crunchy and compote sweet. Ginger cookie has a nice flavor but very mild. Honestly, if you were to blind taste test the cookie, I couldn't tell you that it was ginger or molasses, but it does have good flavor and well baked. While mixing my granola and yogurt, I misproportioned the mix and ran out of granola. So I asked if I could have a little more granola and it was no problem. The coffee had a weird smell to it. Something akin to hemp or flax or something hippie-ish. But the taste was rather yummy and I drink it all so it couldn't have been that bad. If you're a fan of homemade granola, even if it's a little on the sweet side, they sell it separately and I was very tempted to purchase it because it was definitely the highlight of the breakfast. Service with a smile. Cafe cleanliness is above average with no concerns there. Seating is in one big open room so louder echoey noise level is expected. But at the same time creates a festive mood. No plastic or styrofoam present. Refreshingly the plates and silverware were actual ceramic plates and metal silverware. Even the fruit compote cup is a paper product. The open room is so open that the bakers are even actively kneading the bread dough with no barrier between the customers and their work station. It gives kind of a an old world meal feel all very pleasant. It was a little on the pricier side but that's to be expected for fancy white salmon. However, it being a locally owned business I'm happy to pay the price.

Excellent pizza on Monday night. Nice place for coffee or beer on the patio, with a Mt Hood view. Dogs allowed on patio. Good service although a little slow.

Excellent. Really cute inside and lovely outside seating area too with nice selection of picnics benches, metal bistro seating and wooden benches and tables. Really good menu and super reasonable pricing for everything. All the baked goods looked amazing and the blueberry polenta cake we had was very tasty. We also had a very delicious cheese which was excellent value. Highly recommend.

Nice selection of baked goods at reasonable prices. The view from the patio is also great if you want a scenic meal.

Ordered Earl gray tea, a small sandwich and a citrus tea cake and tastes great and although far from the cold of England and nearing the end of Summer, I would say everything is quite perfect.
