This is my morning stop. Always lovely people!! I don’t go to the other Dutch bros in town. These people do an amazing job!
I have been a loyal customer of Dutch bros. From the grand opening of there first store in the Wenatchee valley. The staff are very friendly and energetic. They all know my drinks and like anything there is a goof up now and then. But they always remake it right right there on the spot. All of the staff and the owner pride themselves on customer service. But they can't fix a problem if they arent told of it. For those of you complaining about your drink. You just need to speak up at the time it happens. 😀😃😆😎😊 Keep up the great work Dutch Bros.
When I go there I want my coffee I don't want somebody to ask me what I've got going today how my day is going anything I just want my coffee I want them to conduct business I don't want them to shove their laptop in front of me and say hey give me a dollar or more for doing the job they're paid to do somewhere where you have been conditioned into tipping the baristas it makes no sense I wish Dutch Brothers would become the test market to try to pay all of their employees $20 an hour instead of hustling me for tips or trying to find out what I'm going to do the rest of my day

Coffee is priced very high and prices aren't available on the app. The last 3 times I tried it a medium hot coffee was $7 because it was "seasonal" and it was bad everytime

best Baristas in town. My favorite drink is the roasted Malo. I refer it hot. My drink is always perfect. And I love chatting with everyone. They make the experience extremely fun. As a mama for it is rare that I get to stop and have a hot coffee. So then making it so enjoyable is like whipped cream on the top. Which of course I get because if I'm going to consume the calories I might as well go all the way. LOL

Lucy had a rough day so we stopped for some drinks and a pup cup. I have never seen her eat something the way she ate that cup of whip. She was in heaven. Thanks for turning her day around! ☀️
Really friendly, inexpensive compared to other chain coffee.
Tried it for the first time and was not impressed. Irish cream latte was not very good and they don't have drip coffee
I was there on 7/7. I ordered a kicker with 6 extra shots, it was horrible. It tasted like water and maybe a 1/2 inch of coffee in the bottom of the cup. The rest was foam. That's pretty bad for a 10$ drink. Dutch was always my go to coffee stop. Not anymore. It was totally the worst coffee ever. I will probably never return.
