This location does not honor any Roasters gift cards since they bought out the company. We have a couple hundred dollars worth of gift cards we got from them that are unused. They still have the Roasters signs and building. The worker was also getting really rude when we asked more questions about it. I’ve been treated rudely here before too for no reason. I don’t understand the attitude from these girls. Every other coffee place in town is really friendly. I love their coffee so this is really disappointing but I won’t be going back there.
5° in Walla Walla, WA. the young lady working says there is no heat. We don't need this kind of business in our town. Either send her home and close or simple leave this town.
The people who work here are Amazing, I have come to think of them as friends. Amazing coffee, and great customer service also.

Kind of a weird entrance/exit situation with the carwash, but otherwise very nice spot with lots of options.

I went there 2 days ago! It was a male with blonde hair, he extra charged me!! almost $3.00 tip to himself without my consent!; It is dissapointed beacuse I really love the Horchata rocket but with this situation I have no trust going there again :/ very bad experience. I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone till today no success!!
Typically enjoy the drinks here, but unless the wonderful manager is working, staff are not wearing masks consistently. Our state mandates masks until the end of March 2022. Some people are still immounocompromised and would need compliance while the Covid numbers drop. Having your nose stick out of top of the mask doesn't count. Also taking orders outside doesn't allow the patrons in the car to stay at least 6 feet away. Please remember not everyone is immune to the pandemic.
The drinks are great, however that being said; A particular blonde female that works there is extremely rude & shouldn’t be in customer service. I have never had one single pleasant interaction with her. My husband has refused to return to the shop after the last incident, which i was aware of another encounter but not this one (she has been unprofessional many times)… the last straw was when we were in the drive-thru together and I ordered my drink, I received an eye roll 🙄 and than she proceeded to put a :) on my husband’s cup?! She has been hostile to my children, mother and myself included, as if ordering drinks from the establishment she works at bothers her. Also beware of her overcharging you, not giving prices on what your ordering or not getting “stamps” for free drinks. Again great drinks but terrible unprofessional barista!
I just moved down here from tri and let me just say this is the worst roasters they have, every single time I ask for white coffee in my drink they put almond milk. THAT IS NOT WHITE COFFEE it’s like they don’t even bother to try and make the good drinks and it’s everytime I go there. I used to work at roasters I know how it’s made.
The staff are awesome and make great coffee
