Definitely one of the best coffee shops I’ve been to in a long time. Coffee was great. The food selection was incredible. And the esthetics of the shop itself is so unique. Next time I’m driving through Vancouver, this is a must.

Nice place, tried the matcha latte and wasn’t disappointed :) The avocado sandwich was good too.
Clean and rather small coffee shop in a strip mall. All hard wooden chairs and tables no comfy sofas or chairs. Very well lit.. This place is not the type of coffee spot to come and stay a long while. It's too small and to strip mall; if that makes any sense. It just doesn't have that feeling or vibe another place to pop in for a coffee or snack and be on your way. I got hemp milk latte 16oz it was over $6 bucks. It was fine. I did enjoy it. They have nothing to eat for vegans bakery items or otherwise. I also feel like they have got to hire more staff as they two ladies seemed to be a bit overwhelmed with the all of the orders.
It was unbelievable tasty food. And everything was a really good quality. Comparing to other coffee shops this one is amazing.
I am disappointed with this place. I tried it once and went by myself, waited 40 minutes for my food and drink. It was tasty and I figured the wait was just because they were busy on a Sunday. So I tried going again by myself recently on a Sunday and there were several tables open. I figured the wait would be better but it took 25 minutes to get my drink and then they forgot about my food until I reminded them, and ate an HOUR after I ordered watching several people after me getting their food and leaving. The staff weren't even apologetic that they forgot to give my food to me (when I was sitting within their line of sight), I regret that I paid a tip and $20 to be forgotten about..again. I am never going back. The coffee art was very beautiful, but maybe they should spend less time on decorating the coffee and more time providing good, basic, customer service.
One of my favorite cafes. Coffee, desserts, and crepes are delicious! This place is always busy, but it's worth it.
Grilled cheese and turkey avocado panini were delicious.

Delicious love spell latte and amazing service as always! They go above and beyond to give customers the best coffee outing experience. I definitely recommend coming here for coffee in house or to go! Good location too with target and Burlington nearby.
Not sure about the reviews claiming they have great coffee, the iced late I ordered was so full of milk I could barely taste anything else and the three ice cubes that were left melted away quickly making it even worse. Ordered a plain shot after just to see what actual coffee was like—it was extremely sour.
This place is really hit or miss. I suggest skipping on their food items and getting coffee only. I've been here about 3x now, when I first tried this place, I started by just ordering a latte & pastry. It was decent so I decided to come back with my bf and we had coffee along with some food - an avocado toast. The avocado toast was so small and minimal/ bland. So overpriced for what you're getting! I wish I would have taken a picture but it was honestly embarrassing. I couldn't believe it, definitely if you're planning on trying a good avocado toast skip it here.. go to Presso or Gold Cup instead Or even River Maiden -- (they have really good breakfast/lunch sandwiches & coffee!) The last and final time that I came here I decided to switch it up and come for lunch. I tried their Panini breakfast sandwich along with the seasonal iced drink that they had. Both were SO horrible, I didn't think I could've gotten worse, but it did. My drink was nothing but like syrup ?? it was so sweet and completely not what I expected, it was supposed to be a lemonade? My sandwich was super burnt!! I ended up getting these items to go because I was on my way to work. I ended up throwing both away and I haven't been back since! The aesthetic is cute with the swings and the tables and they have okay lattes, which is why they are only getting two stars from me. Also their customer service could be a bit better.

Krays is my favorite coffee shop but not anymore. I have some friends visited and brought them here but this morning will be the last. Me and my gf went this morning and seated at the end but I wanted to have a picture in the swing so as soon as the 2 teenagers left the big table with a swing, me and my gf moved to that table. We were in the middle of eating when one of the staff told us to move. She said that table is for more than 2 people. I asked which table can we use and pointed us the table in the middle and told us to join these kids and toddlers (total of 4).Why those 2 teenagers before us was not asked to moved??? I think they should handle it better and Iet us finish our food at least. Very bad customer service!!!
Coffee every Tues with friends, very good pastries.. Good mix of folks like this coffee shop.

Went in before doing some xmas shopping with my sister. I was debating between 2 different holiday flavors and was decussing with cashier and sister but decided on one. When it was made it was the other drink when I questioned it the girl just said that was what the slip said . No let me make the right one nothing. We had even tipped well , just to be treated disrespectful and basicly had to take a drink I had not ordered because they got it wrong . Terrible customer service.
Clean place, cute coffee shop. I always get the lavender latte. Awesome workers, and very cultural.
