The drinks were off. The strawberry starburst did not taste anything like it's title. Salmon Creek DB makes them way better.
4/30 early a.m. dark haired gal sat and talked through the drive through for 10 minutes having a personal conversation, while we waited behind the car. We had 2 ask her twice of she was open, finally she said "yeah" as if we inconvenienced her. I'm from Boise and know the owner. He would never allow this customer service. We went to Starbucks across the street.

I'm a coffee addict and this dutch stand definitely supplies those needs! I'm not fond of the double line as it beats the purpose of a first come, first serve basis and causes customers to get cut by other customers. However, I will continue to put up with the crazy line for my girl Katie! We followed her from the Orchards stand by 7/11 and have no regrets! Her customer service is always on point and she always makes sure the customer is satisfied. I will continue to follow Katie to any stand she works as she always goes above and beyond! ❤️

My first time trying this coffee. The very friendly gal at the walk-up window asked if I had the app. When I told her I didn’t, as it was my first time trying Dutch Bros, she was very sweet and offered the drink on the house. I saw her interacting with other customers (guessing their usual order as they walked up) so I got the sense that this company, maybe this store in particular, is big on customer service. They made an impact on me. Busy spot with drive up and walk up orders but they know how to hustle and treat customers right, both. Thanks for that experience, Dutch Bros (sorry I didn’t catch the gal’s name!)

Sugar drinks that lack caffine. I used to get super strong coffee here, like eating chocolate covered coffee beans with punch of flavor. But since the pandemic, ALL shops were told to Delute their coffee beyond the recommended measure, including expresso shots by their higher up coordinator. I understand the tough times with production costs, but instead you effed up the recipes. Every brista knows, I know, that's a No No. You only Mess with the price, the price ONLY, not drown down the bean. The bean should be your #1 ingredient. #1 taste, it starts right there, then add the drink recipe as you desire. Not sugar milk. Jacksons NE Andreesen gas station Americano for $2 is soo much stronger, w/out the luxury choices of course.But why not yours anymore? (Can't) has been a very driving choice of expression I've been hearing way too much from businesses. I really do love you guys and your welcoming smiles. I already miss you but I need to make better choices with my $ and not waste it over these marketing short cuts. I'd rather pay double for the honest product and quality. I hope there will be changes in the future. God Bless all of you.

I love going here 😁 I feel the prices went up and now for two drinks it's a little under 20 dollars, which it use to be around 14 dollars.
