I went for coffee this morning and decided to get a bacon ricotta sandwich and received sausage and cheddar. I love there coffee and the sandwiches are good too. I came back to get the right sandwich and got sausage and cheddar again after asking for the right sandwich. I wasn't given what I paid for. I had no time to go back and felt like I was getting funny looks about my replacement sandwich. Maybe they knew it wasn't right?!
Nice staff and good coffee
The staff is always nice and helpful. I witnessed one of the cashiers use her basic asl to help a customer and it was great. She was very humble about it, but I let her know what she did ( at least tried to figure it out, which most ppl do not) was very dope. My coffee is always on point.

Normally, I am very happy about my visit. I know most of the staff, since I come in almost daily, and I really enjoy the coffee I get as a special treat to myself. However, the pricing is quite upsetting, quite honestly, out of control. Apparently there was an increase since yesterday of $.44, making my medium "specialty" coffee now $7.22. The only thing special is Soy milk due to dietary needs, and 1/3 of the syrups that are normally used. Unfortunately, as much as I adore the staff, and enjoy my drinks. I can no longer justify the cost, and will have to find somewhere less expensive to go. I understand that the cost of everything is going up, but that's way to much.
Coffee is disgusting. Ordered an iced white mocha, tasted like drip coffee diluted with milk 1 star because barista was friendly and quick.
Good coffee especialy hot Mocha.
Best coffee. Better than the other two popular spots. The place was so busy that the drive-through window was faster than the counter

I definitely prefer BR over their competitors. They're really friendly but not in an annoying - I'm paid to stand by the window and talk to you for no reason - kind of way. Their coffee is great and I think their prices are set perfectly.
The latte was undrinkable… it was like water with cream and a little bit of bad coffee taste… where has black rock gone? Used to be our go to spot
