Drive through was closed at 6:50
Rude staff didn’t bother to greet us nor did they say “hey we’re busy, give us a few mins” just completely ignored us. Stood there for about 10 minutes and nada at all. Never ever would I return to that location. We were treated much better at the drive thru location on fourth plain Blvd and and grand.
Music way too loud. Bathroom so ridiculously clean, it was wonderful! Whole place was absolutely spotless and very inviting! Will definitely come back here again!
Why are you guys closed at 7 if you should be open until 9pm?

I think -5 would be a good rating for this place. One friendly guy and a bunch of *****. I accidentally left my extension cord plugged in. When I went back the next day the attendant couldn't find it, so she texted the boss, who texted back, " I didn't know whose it was so I tossed it. It was a $50, brand new, circuit protected cable with three plugs and two USB ports. I said she didn't toss it she stole it and if she did toss it she's a****. Noisy, obnoxious, millennial narcissists. Boycott.
Love the coffee here they only coffee that is best better options then starbucks and Dutch bros forsure. The morning girls are definitely stuck up . People working in the afternoon are better. More nicer forsure . And the one complaint I do have is there music inside is to damn loud way to loud

It was my first time here, really nice place and a solid staff and ambience. Coffee was delish!
Coffee overall is great, but recently we order drinks and didn't get what we asked for then when we asked them for a remake they did, but they used our free coffee redeemer as the fway to fix the problem and I think that's totally not cool or customer oriented.

I always have a great experience at any Blackrock. The employees are always kind and helpful. The coffee and energy drinks are good, and my daughter loves the smoothies.
The service and the coffee was great. The people working there are always awesome.
Ordered a large water which tasted like chlorine & a medium vanilla chai tea latte blended which tasted like weird soy sauce. I'm not usually picky but for $10 I have got to say something.
Coffee was nothing but creamer. Couldn’t even drink it. Had other people try it but they couldn’t drink it either.

Cashiers/Barista's are SUPER RUDE at this location. Theres also no way for you to call and complain so I just quit going to this location. If I want a pile of attitude with my coffee, I'll go have it with my kids amd it wont cost my 10 bucks. 🤷🏼♀️
Friendly staff and great coffee! One of my favorite spots. Even when the drive thru is long they get us in and out quickly!
