This is a very comfortable place with a nice drive-thru. I'm working with the staff to take used coffee-grounds for my compost - hooray!
The coffee is very good and very hot as it should be.
I don't know what this review will accomplish, but I needed you to be aware of the current customer service provided in your establishment and state that we have been unsatisfied with this particular employee's performance towards us. The new barista's attitude has been poor with ALMOST EVERY SINGLE ENCOUNTER WE HAD WITH HER at the drive through for the past two or three weeks. Been coming here for over a year now, almost everyday since relocating to this area. It's convenient because it is only a 2 minute walk to get decent coffee. It's not the best, but it works when I have no time to make it on my own before work. I order the same drinks every single time and for some odd reason, pricing is always different, plus no receipt offered or given, so I cannot verify what's being charged. I think I am too nice, because there has been more than a handful of times when our order is wrong or just taste completely different from the last order. I don't have time to get down and complain about coffee at a drive-thru, hence the reason for a drive-thru. Normally, we'd just brush off the mistake and just drink the darn thing that we paid for. BUT this new barista really got to me because I had to humble myself and bite my tongue to avoid giving her the lashing that she probably deserved at the moment. Not only was our order wrong...AGAIN, but she was also RUDE yet AGAIN! So... instead I sent an email this morning explaining exactly what happened, so I won't go into more detail here. Since I have gotten no response back, I am now sending in this review in hopes I could get a response then. I think she should just be moved to handle in-house customers and removed from the drive-thru... OR... get better training with customer service and coffee making. Thank you!
Service was great! Our drinks and caje pops were delicious. Staff are so friendly!

Coffee's fine. Menu is a little limited. Most of the power outlets don't support a laptop charger, which sucks. My main issue is that the scene is mostly cops and guys in their 50s wearing thin blue line and punisher shirts. Take from that what you will, but its not a place I'd frequent.

My favorite orders here are an iced spiced chai oatmilk latte & iced passion tea with raspberry syrup!
Best coffee around! Employees are friendly, never rude. I don't eat much here. Cookies and bagels are good. Consistent quality drinks.

This is my "go to" coffee shop in UP. Locally owned, friendly staff, quality breves!
Every time I go to this place I get a little more disappointed. The food is constantly fluctuating in price and quality, neither of which seem to correlate with each other. The staff also seems to change out so frequently and they seem to be indifferent to, or unprepared to do the job. Today I asked for a pretty standard blended drink that I have ordered before and the barista asked me how to make it. I’m sorry, but if I’m going to end up paying $7 for a single drink I would like to not be burdened with the task of remembering what all goes in it. Especially when I’m sure you have a recipe card right next to you. And if you’re wondering if this was an attempt at conversation and not just ignorance, it definitely wasn’t. Anyway, the drink came out wrong.
This place makes the best coffee in town. Consistent. Friendly employees never rude. Wish I could go daily.
Overpriced for not good coffee. Please teach your employees how to pull good shots.

Good coffee, great wifi. I tested it at around 24 mbps. Friendly staff, parking is fairly easy. Normal pricing. Sadly they do not take any form of phone pay.

Formerly Forza, Classic Coffee has been my "go-to" coffee shop for years. I hate having to find a comparable coffee shop when traveling and am always so happy to be back for my "usual". The baristas here (old and new) made the transition from Forza to Classic Coffee a seamless one and I always feel like they go over and beyond to give me the best service. Lately, Kailyn has been my morning baristas and she stays welcoming and laughing no matter how early or how crazy the line is. You do have to wait until you get the window to order, but these girls know my drink (and my car) better than I do so it's usually ready for me as soon as I pull up. I make sure to bring my pup for his morning adventure and treat. What can I say, I just love my coffee and the girls that work here. They start my mornings off right!
Not very personalably. The last coffee I got was soooo good, Usually it's hit or miss for me.
