Stopped here after a 13 mile hike just looking for a tasty sandwich. Blown away by the toasted turkey bagel. Also the lady at the window was a ray of sunshine. Puts some New York bagel shops to shame.
I was looking for a quick breakfast and found this quaint drive thru that had an amazingly full menu for a small place. I had the ciabatta breakfast sandwich which was very tasty and hit the spot. I'm a decaf only coffee drinker and they gladly made me a great decaf mocha.
This place was the WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO! The owner is rude
Ahhhmazing breakfast spot for delish sandwiches, bagels and the avocado toast is fantastic! Great coffee too. Grab it to go drive through style during the winter, or kick back on the small patio when summertime temps are right.
We had the Breakfast Bomb Sandwich and it was delicious! Also, the best coffee I've had in a while. Not to mention, the ladies working had great customer service and were very friendly.
I prefer the cabin to any other coffee stop in Stevenson and Carson, their coffees are consistently wonderful. My favorite meal is the chia seed pudding and breakfast quesidilla! If you want to treat yourself to some yummy coffee and food choose the cabin.
Premium Coffee spot in the Columbia Gorge! Delicious cuisine too. Definitely will be back. My personal favorite is their white coffee Lemon bar latte. Taste just like a lemon bar! 🍋 Best coffee in Stevenson hands down!
Picked up some food for friends while we checked out of our room in town. My plan was to order "the bomb" for everyone but then they all requested different stuff like a bagel sandwich or avocado toast. I'm sure that stuff was good but also everybody was jealous once they saw my bomb. And they were right to be. The moral of the story is don't think too hard, just go with it.
Stop here for breakfast and sandwiches (and coffee)! Blown away by the amount of quality and flavor that can come out the the Cabin. Must stop. Must try. I will be back and I’m 1.5 hours away.

They're basically never open. Inconsistent hours have made me quit trying to go there. Unprofessional. Whoa quick response validating everything I said..... Very inconsistent. Also would be great if you put as much effort into being "open" during "said hours" as you put into your ridiculous website and podcast no one cares about. Stevenson lacks options, this is why cabin coffee is even a thing
Perfect spot to hit before you go camping. Coffee and breakfast food hit the spot.

Hope to return and try their food and coffee. Today the sign was on, stopped in and walked up, said drive through only due to heat, go to the other side and it was closed, said they closed early today. Super early that is.

Coffee is really good! Wasn't as impressed with the milkshake, it was pretty thin. And $10 is a lot for a breakfast bomb but I must say I enjoyed it.
Delicious breakfast, coffee & tea. It’s located roadside of Columbia River Gorge Washington. The lavender London fog is so delicious and flavory.
Where else can you have ice cream with Sasquatch? Love their affogato, smoothies, and coffees too.
