Great service. Lots of options for coffee and other refreshments. Their pastry selection is full of delicious treats. Lots of seating at the Grand location.

It's always entertaining when each time you come here, your drink tastes completely different than any other time in the past! The building as absolutely beautiful, and the staff are typically friendly. With this said, the food and drink is horrendous. It's very clear the staff are not trained competently, as the inconsistency here is so rampant. I truly don't blame the staff, but the ownership. This place is so disappointing because it seems like it'll be an amazing place to get coffee and cafe food, and then everything inevitably ends up being awful.

Great space and environment. Only downside is the lack of parking space.

Cool atmosphere. Lots of seating choices. Expensive. I appreciate the variety of food and drinks. Oddly, they don’t seem to always know the ingredients of the foods they sell, nor do they list them in in the display. Lots of dishes have pork bacon but appear to be vegetarian. I’ve experienced both friendly and grouchy barista/cashiers, overall pretty good though. Big plus on location and atmosphere!

I love Thomas Hammer coffee. The food and atmosphere are also amazing. The drive through is always quick and friendly. My only concerns are lack of parking and under staffing for dining in. The staff is very friendly and trained well. They just need more workers. I encourage anyone to apply, and be part of the solution. It seems like it'd be a great place to work.

Always a great pick. When the famous Lindamens restaurant closed and I heard there was a collab with Thomas Hammer to creature a similar atmosphere this would be the new South Hill hot spot. Be prepared to walk a bit unless you snag a primo parking spot, but it will be worth it! The new South Hill hot spot for sure!

Jocelyn and the staff at the Grand Ave Thomas Hammer helped us host the best 80th birthday party for my mother. Jocelyn was so responsive and listened to our needs and worked with the chef to develop a delicious menu (including an awesome vegan curry chickpea wrap that even non-vegans were ooing and awing over!). They were uber flexible and helped us with music and bringing in our own cake. Their staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating and we can honestly think of nothing we would have done differently or that could have been better. From the smiles to the positive attitudes to the seamless execution, this was superb and I highly recommend anyone looking for a casual party location to consider the party room here and work with Jocelyn - I guarantee you'll be happy you did!

We love this Thomas Hammer location. The staff is great, food is delicious and tasty drinks. We have been to this location tons of times. It has been fun, inviting and very clean each time…with the exception of this morning. We went in the “come as you are room” and sat down like we have multiple times. A woman came in and basically kicked us out. Said it was reserved for a private party and basically made us feel like idiots. No signage to let us know. She probably could have let us know without being so condescending. We will be back because one negative moment doesn’t mean all the incredible ones are canceled out. Happy New Year!!

OK so the ambience in this place is amazing. The large area for tables and a variety of different styles of seating makes it very comfortable and spacious. There is a bar with a garden theme, a separate conference room; the coffee and treats are amazing. They also serve brunch items. Love this place, I’ve had a few business meetings here. It’s a great place to bring your computer have a little coffee and study or meet a best friend to catch up on the things that matter most. I definitely recommend this place. It’s a cut above because of the variety of menu items, and that they bring your food and drinks to your table. Go just go: )

I got the blended Andes mint special, which was good. Nice atmosphere. Appreciate that it’s open at 5:30 AM. Wi-Fi has a one hour limit sadly.

Bougie place with fun things everywhere. Wi-Fi is poor, your gamble. I’ve had to use Xfinity 50% of the time. The signs address no longer than an hour for Wi-Fi during the day. That’s about how long it takes me to set up. If you’re familiar with the former Lindaman’s in S. Grande Ave, this place is essentially its reincarnation on steroids. Same entrees even. One policy the drive-through workers apparently have to abide by is greeting cars by saying, “welcome to Thomas hammer fire when ready.” A battle quote to commence fire on the enemy. Bad taste, especially to demand your employees greet the drive through that way each and every time. I have given Hammer a try, I’ll make a point to avoid the place now, there’s more progressive places in town to drink coffee.

I would leave a -10 if I could the blonde and brunette working at the drive-thru we're completely incompetent the coffee tasted horrible the customer service was terrible and any questions I had they couldn't answer like they didn't know their own drinks or food that they served, she also cut me off multiple times when trying to talk practically forcing me to and my order. They also made both my drinks hot when I wanted them iced. Overall the drinks were watered down and still hot like they just poured my hot drinks back into an ice cup and didn't remake them overall rude won't be coming back to this Thomas Hammer location..
