Love the shop! We go at least weekly. Love the atmosphere, the people, the food and the coffee. We have noticed that about half the time, the scones we get aren't fresh (seem to be day old, texture is completely different, sometimes a little soggy on the bottom). We wish they would mark the non-fresh ones. But even with that, they're still our favorite coffee shop in Spokane. Thanks for being awesome!
Tasty coffee & friendly efficient service, but I am not a fan of places that charge extra for a "large" tea since you get one bag & more water.

Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious! They have a good vibe and customer service is fantastic! The cinnamon rolls look amazing as well as all their baked goods! Will have to come back for lunch one day!
I’ve gone to the Shop a few times and it is always great!! Today was no different! The girls were welcoming and kind! Cassie made me a drink today a Red Bull Italian soda, I asked her to surprise me and she thought of a great combo that involved pine berry :) the food is good too, the bagels are so soft! The Shop’s a great place to go for supporting a local business 💜

We ordered gf cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning. They we A BIG hit at our house. We love supporting this small local business. Everyone there feels like family! 😁

Love this spot! Reliably good drinks, hot or cold, and excellent food options for a coffee spot. Bring your gluten-intolerant loved ones here to delight them with the delicious offerings. They bakery do special orders!!! They sell tasty snacks! There's local goods for sale!
I’m only giving 1 star to the breakfast sandwiches. Purchased a $10 breakfast sandwich and received it cold with a fake egg. It was sub-par at best.
Deadly good coffee and an excellent cafe. Starting off with first thing I noticed was it’s location and aesthetic it’s cool the big rolling doors and church seats the staff everything pretty cool. The coffee is spectacular and I wish I got a bag of beans before I left the state. The bagels where yummy and the egg on my sandwich was thiccc and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend
Such a gem of a place! I had a cold press coffee (with cream & liquid sugar) and a bagel, both were so good! I wish I lived closer, it would be my go to coffee shop & bakery without question. The employees were very nice too. Great place!

Fast and friendly! I got an English toffee + shortbread latte and it was delicious.
Pretty chill vibes. The lunch sandwiches are a little bit expensive but the Shop Grilled Cheese i got with my latte was still pretty good.
