Coffee was burnt and way over priced. Space had the atmosphere of a second rate cult.

Beans were burnt and did not make a proper latte. Personally don’t understand the hype.

I have never been to this place before, and only came in today because I had heard about their partnership with Shine 104.9 and had a coupon from Shine for a free drink. When I walked in, Chris gave me an enthusiastic greeting that honestly felt like he was genuinely happy to see me. Not fake like some places I've been. He was very energetic and took the time to make sure and ask all the right questions to ensure I got the drink I really wanted. It smelled fantastic inside, so I decided to buy a bag of coffee as well. Chris took me over to the coffee wall and explained the differences between the various coffees. As I was listening, I was also sipping my freshly made drink. MAN OH MAN was that probably the best coffee drink I've EVER had (and I worked for Starbucks for 5 years in Dallas). I left Starbucks for Wake Up Call as a customer, but Pitotti beats them both by a mile. As I was leaving, Chris enthusiastically greeted the customer behind me by name! Same enthusiasm I got even though I've never been in there. I was super excited to try my new coffee when I got home (I ended up buying the "Strong" blend) and it is everything I hoped it would be. Dark, rich, full, not at all bitter, smooth as glass, and very forward on the notes of hazelnut, oak, & caramel as the label states. My only "bummer" is that their location is not super convenient to my house (I live way out in the Valley and they're in the Garland District), but this coffee and the service with a smile is definitely worth the drive, and even worth leaving a little early for work so I can stop by on my way in (work up by Holy Family Hospital). Way to go, Pitotti Coffee! You have a new loyal patron.

I have been here several times, and without fail, I am greeted like you would family, smiles, kindness, and a feeling of family. There's always some new fun drink or food to enjoy while sitting back and enjoying a meeting or connecting with a friend. The Garland district is one to check out if you're in the area or visiting.

This coffee place is a coffee Roasters shop; they make their own coffee. The owners are kind and social butterflies. The tea I had was green tea w/raw sugar (YEAH) and creamer on the side, it's the only way - yummy! This place opened April 2021. They share the space w/Gathering House. The neighborhood seems to be community minded, to build up each other's businesses...this coffee shop is actually involved in community work w/fundraisers for elementary children school supplies and they even collaborate w/the neighborhood to do fundraisers for Domestic Violence. There is plenty of reason to support this business. They have a "super secret menu" that they don't post b/c of availability. There is free WiFi - I recommend any customer to run until they see no black top if a business does not have WiFi b/c that's not cool but Pitotti Coffee does have WiFi. I noticed a lot of outlets for your device, that's a plus! The shop is a large open space w/massive seating so that nationwide flu outbreak was not a problem here. I have to shout this: THE BATHROOMS ARE NOT LOCKED, yet they manage to keep them clean, wicked good - they are nice inside too, the decor in this building is killer, it's Vegas familiarity and comfort! Again, run until you can see no black top if the bathrooms are locked b/c that's gross to touch the code pad and it's just not friendly, Pitotti has successfully become a well rounded coffee place to meet everybody's needs. The customers are online working people, college students and spiritual people, there was a pastor meeting w/a member having coffee while I was here, coo that! There were a few people working online. Kid friendly, family friendly...just can't go wrong here. The sad part is that they do close around 3:00 PM give or take...what a sad commentary in our times a business like this would be closed early in the day. I hope that changes in the future.

This is a beautiful space. The cute roasters/shop shares the space with the Gathering Place. It is open and spacious with lots of tables, seating, and a few cozy stuffed chairs or a sofa seating area with small tables. There is a piano on site, and a raised stage in the main room. There are additional meeting rooms in the back. A sign was posted that a church group meets here on Sundays. The owners are very lively and helpful. The white coffee drink they made was delicious and the perfect temperature. There are lights strung through the heavy wooden rafters as you enter giving an intimate feel.

Disclaimer: I have never been to this location. HOWEVER, I have tried Pitotti coffee products. GREAT COFFE, BETTER PEOPLE! They were gracious enough to donate coffee to a Hereo's Harvests hunting camp for active duty military and veterans. As if that wasn't enough, the owners came out and donated their time by making us some delicious drinks. Pitotti coffee will forever have my business. Thank you!
