Nice coffee, some food, and environment. Seating and parking space are tight. They have been adding more food options.

Good coffee and surprisingly good breakfast food. It's a small kitchen, looked like a single hot plate, but the wizard working it is putting out tasty food. There's also a bakery joint across from it that's worth a visit.

We paid $40 for two drinks and a sandwich! But it was delicious! The atmosphere was great! The service also great!

Great coffee but genuinely insane prices. Truly off the wall.

Seated just off Riverside in a quaint stone and brick building is Ladder Coffee. A place you want to keep quiet about because it’s a hidden gem. Its eclectic space is well lit, decorated with plants, and offers high quality coffee and food. A place suited for conversation, hanging out with friends, or enjoying a good book. Service is excellent, so please help keep this place a secret ;)

Love this place. Friendly baristas, good food and even better coffee! Best coffee in Spokane in my opinion.

Heather is a gem! What a gorgeous building and coffee shop. Finally made the trek to Ladder after trying their coffee elsewhere. I was greeted by a nice gentleman and Heather was very welcoming and genuine. And my drink was delish! Complete with a hand poured heart. Thanks Heather and Ladder. Will definitely be back to visit and sit and sip.

The espresso was excellent. Flavorful and well pulled shot. I didn’t have much time but I would like to make a point to come back if I’m going through Spokane and maybe try some of the food. The space is nice and bright. Indoor seating features a lot of large wood plank tables that were pleasant to spread out on to get a little work done. Edit: I would stick to their in house offerings. All the coffee on the shelf was roasted too long ago. Not sure why it wasn’t pulled and used.

Great coffee!! Good espresso and tasty breakfast taco. But drip coffee was quite watery for me.

Always such a chill atmosphere. I love going here to sketch and unwind. Plus one of the few places that aren't blasting Christmas music at this time of year.

A great place to work/study. There are plenty of outlets. There is a outdoor balcony which is quite if you need to take some calls. The decor is modern and relaxing. The coffee is top notch. The pastries are also good. The staff is welcoming and friendly

Didn't end up getting anything as they were so backed up with mobile orders, only one person ahead of us and one person who had already got coffee, that they didn't even find what we wanted when it was finally our turn so we left. Wife just wanted a water and I wanted a coffee but could have gone without if they didn't have time for it. Dutch Bros got our order instead and the wife got something to eat as well, far more people in line and yet the wait was less and friendly service added to the order and the tip. I am by here often and I know now just cause they don't have a line doesn't mean you can stop in and get anything 😔

Used to be my favorite, until today... when I found out they are now charging $0.80 for a splash of half-n-half in my Americano. OK, I get it, inflation, but (with tax) nearly $5.00 for a 12 oz. Americano? Also, in a callous marketing move, they are calling cream in your coffee a "breve"...

House made pop tarts are good. Got a "Manhatten" nitro coffee. Coffee wasn't nitro. Was simple cold brew. Served in a 10oz cup with a lot of ice. Really kinda overpriced for what it was.

The food was amazingly flavored, the coffees were perfect, and the pastries were too good to keep on the plate! Great atmosphere and style. Very clean.
