Always consistently good coffee! Friendly and helpful baristas always. One of the best places to go in Spokane if you appreciate a richer, more caramelly roast. They have one sit down cafe on north Monroe, but otherwise these are all drive throughs.
Watch you bank statements because there are Slippery hands taking. Moneys they are not suppose to be taking . I made a complaint and was banded from all the Jacob's Javas for reporting the girl I proved took my money . STCU is going to get my money back . The coffee itself is 💯 but some of the girls can't be trusted .
Possibly the best coffee I've had! Fast, friendly, and inexpensive, too! Hot skinny white mocha with Chai $5. This made my night!

I like that they had cucumber syrup for the redbull but they only had one size (which is really small) and they took forever. Unlikely to come back

I LOVE them!!! Seriously GREAT prices, wonderful drinks, and really GREAT customer service!!! They're open on Sundays too! The only negative is they don't have 32 oz drinks but really, do we need 32 oz drinks? Probably not. But they have an amazing selection of flavors AND even great SUGAR FREE options! Some of the best I've found! Absolutely love them! Any location is gonna be a GREAT experience!

Everyone is always very friendly here. When I go it's never very busy. Just one car in front. Drinks always come out fast and on point. Definitely love this place they're always consistent with their drinks.

I love Jacob's Java!!! 😍 You can pick your own flavors. The Baristas will help you figure something out also (if your not sure). Absolutely amazing espresso.

My favorite go to before work place! If I wake up low, I can always count on a great cinnamon mocha and great staff to brighten my day! Need coffee? Go here! 😁
The drinks are fine, when they actually make it... 3rd time they were given a physical list of drinks for our work and they missed mine entirely. I work at 0550, I am grumpy without coffee and now I am drinking the work sludge.
The barista’s served me a coffee before they were even open. They are the best ever and I appreciate them all morning as I sip on my delicious coffee!!! Thanks for being great humans💓
Before my last experience, I would always have decent service regardless of the worker; it wasn't until this last time that I had gotten a sour attitude from an employee. It was shocking because I had never thought I'd receive an eye roll from a barista- especially when they had made my order wrong despite my being clear about what I wanted- but this gal's entire demeanor changed so negatively. It was because of her reaction that I had become increasingly worried that she may spit in my drink after remaking it. Thankfully,the coffee was delicious after I left but even after I had left, our brief encounter had left a bad taste in my mouth... - I love coming to Jacob's Java and will still happily return. I only hope the young petite blonde (at this location) will keep my review in mind the next time she has to remake a customer's drink.
