Good coffee and place to hang out.
Great local joint. Always friendly and a good latte to boot. Quick service and a nice place to sit and chat. Never disappointed. Keep up the good work!
Brews bros is by far my favorite coffee shop in downtown Spokane! The customer service is incredible the staff are friendly to talk with they respect your time. The drinks are incredible especially the coffee they have a wide variety of items to choose from.
I work at The Davenport Hotel & buy coffee & bagels almost everyday. The past year I have gone to this Cafe 6 times & been treated with the worst customer service. I went in today to buy bagels with my coworker & both baristas were busy talking to each other before asking what I wanted, they told me they would let me know when my bagels were ready I waited about 10 minutes when another customer informed me that my bagels were ready sitting on the counter. I would rather spend my money at Norstrom Cafe. I tried to give this cafe a chance but the women are rude & seem offended when you ask questions about their menu. I hope none of my coworkers at the davenport don't get this same customer service.
Delicious coffee, quick friendly service, and nice place. Plenty of seating to relax and enjoy a good drink.
The best coffee bar in downtown
I usually love this shop but today a woman had a drink she tasted and it was too sweet. She only took 1 sip and asked if they could remake it for her and they told her it really no. They said she would have to pay for a new drink. I felt this situation was not handled properly. With Starbucks if your drink is wrong they will remake it. Other than this incident this place has been a second home so it really confused me since the woman here are usually really accommodating.

I’ve gone here for a few months now but I won’t be back. This is the second time I’ve gone in and the employees are just kinda snarky with me. I’m a barista myself and it’s not that hard to smile and give some customer service. I usually tip because I always appreciate tips but I only tipped 60 cents because of the bad service

I phoned fron my car wanting a cup of brew and after six rings was forwarded to voice mail. I did this a dozen or so times I felt they deserved at least notice from someone who strongly believe he's been the victim of racial profiling by this so called upstanding business.
Really nice quaint place. Lovely staff. Greatest selection of seasonal coffees. Good selection of cookies. Positioned next to the plaza for the bused
All around bad experience. Coffee drinks ok, but food was bad. Couldn’t customize our breakfast sandwiches. Ended up with ham, egg, and cheese croisant and the cheese was cheap sliced American. Disgusting.
Great spot close to hotels for coffee, breakfast and pastries. Friendly service, too!
This coffee shop was so good!! I loved the local feel of it. My oat milk latte was superb and my mom’s cinnamon cookie oat milk latte (I think that’s what it was?) was delicious! Great prices too.
Stopped in here for the first time over the weekend. I got a tea to go but there were lots of people sitting and enjoying the shop. Service was fast and friendly.
I have been to the drive-up locations many times.. One of my favorite coffee shops.. this was the first time I've actually been in there downtown location and I look forward to visiting more often..

The description says “compact”, but it seats probably 30-40 people, lol. Great coffee, good breakfast sandwich, fair prices. I’ll be back!
