Bad customer service and nasty coffee

They have sweeto keto donuts so good. Great Espresso friendly service.
Fairly easy to get in and out of the coffee stand. The barista was really nice and efficient. Our drinks tasted pretty good too.

Started going here cause a co worker told me about this place, there lotus drinks with lotus cream is the best, I get a suprise lotus with the lotus cream added and the lady that makes it always does it amazing
My favorite coffee place ever I go hear the most because they make the best coffee. And the ladies who work in the stand are super super nice and helpful.
Wonderful service every time I go; they remember my order, are friendly and courteous, and do their best to get you in and out fast.
Honestly, this is the SLOWEST coffee shop EVER!! It doesn’t matter if there are one, or 5 cars in front of you, you’ll end up waiting 15-20 min to get your coffee. Don’t waste your time.
I have been going to this little coffee stand for at least a year now. They are wonderful!! All the girls are so easy to work with and helpful (especially when I have a day I am unsure what I want to drink)! I do not think I have ever had a drink made wrong at this stand! Also, if you are an americano lover I highly recommend this stand! Quality & price are on point!
Focused on their phone and each other's drama than helping out customers. Lack of customer service. The list is too long so short version don't go here. Support another small business.
First stop here and I had some spare time early this morning but not enough to wait ...and wait...until I gave up and left! Not quick today at all!!!
Hands down the best coffee place in town and I’ve been to a lot... great choices and has Lotus which is my drink of choice and somewhat hard to find in Spokane apparently... great lotus Italian sodas both times I’ve been... out by Fred Meyer on Division... but we’ll worth the drive! Plus they are open a big later than the rest... Till 7. Best hemp milk lattes in town and their bagel sandwiches are pretty good too
The baristas are always very helpful, kind, and quick, and the coffee is great! The only complaint I have is that the kids for the hot drinks DISINTEGRATE. EVERY. TIME. They just start to crack and immediately fall apart to the point that you can't drink it of it at all.
Will continue to support you, doesn't matter who moved in!

When they switch to paper cups from styrofoam, I’ll come back.
