The employees are incompetent and the menu items are never made consistently, often times missing ingredients l/flavors entirely.
Not impressed and definitely not returning
My coffee that I get daily is 7 dollars I went to crave was 10 dollars and the 32oz cup is those skinny one that is t even a true 32oz. Rip off.. Even with inflation.
Love this place and the people. I've been to all of the ones around Yakima!

Went in to get a Red Bull drink and some girl with brown hair and a nose ring in the middle was super rude to me ONCE again! Everytime I’ve gone and she’s there she’s been rude and acts like I ruined her day for being there. Very rude and unprofessional. Any other time I’ve gone and she wasn’t there it’s been great. She needs to fix her attitude.
Not so friendly staff especially the blonde working there. She is very rude , Not welcoming at all. She didn’t greet me or anything and there was no line . I asked to get my points and she couldn’t get it figured out so I waited patiently . She looked at me and said “you can go now”after still not getting my points in. Won’t go back there .
An up and coming new star in Yakima, Crave Coffee delivers consistent coffee and relatively low prices with very friendly service. Their "star rewards" allow you to gain 50% off of your purchase after 10 stars are earned, which also adds to the awesomeness of this stand. They also have some unique drinks and serve some food as well. Great place to refresh yourself or get your daily "pick me up!"
Just bought a 24oz drink and it maybe had 20oz in it. Never had that happen before.

Went for the first time today. Got white chocolate mocha with extra shots, iced and hot. And a detox water. Line was out to the road but a gal came out and was taking orders for the line to move quick and smooth. They were very spunky and polite. My only complaint would have been the hot mocha flavor was missing extra shots. Everything else was great!

Started to go to the new location and the gal that helps me is so amazing! Their coffee is also good! Favorite new coffee stand!
The baristas are friendly and helpful when we want to try something new. Their drinks and delicious and creative!!
The girls there were great! Tried the lotus for the first time and dang it's good!
